Excellent book! Very clear on how the nose and the lungs work, how to avoid an unhealthy indoor climate, and of course how air purifiers supposedly work and why we mostly don't need them.

Over a year ago I started to avoid and substitute plastic and toxic stuff in my home because of my troublesome health. Adding houseplants that filter the air of your house is a part of that which I only recently started to look into. And this book was just what I needed, honestly.

So let me admit that I'm now hoping J.A. Cox will research trying to live non-toxic and plastic-free for his next book. We've made a mess of this planet already and it is hard to try and find our ways back, for this we need all the help we can get.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy of the book.
