Title: Club Sunrise by James Suriano - A Journey of Friendship and Discovery

Club Sunrise, penned by James Suriano, is a captivating eBook that delves into the lives of eight women in South Florida who unite to form a book club in the picturesque setting of Sunrise Intracoastal. The narrative unfolds against the backdrop of this vibrant community, offering readers a glimpse into the lives, struggles, and triumphs of these diverse characters.

The strength of Club Sunrise lies in its rich character development, as Suriano skillfully weaves a tapestry of personalities, each with their unique stories and perspectives. The women, brought together by a shared love for literature, navigate through the complexities of life, forming bonds that go beyond the pages of the books they discuss.

Suriano's writing style is both engaging and relatable, making it easy for readers to connect with the characters and their experiences. The vivid descriptions of South Florida and the Intracoastal setting add an extra layer of depth to the narrative, creating a sense of place that enhances the overall reading experience.

At its core, Club Sunrise is not just about a book club; it's a celebration of friendship, self-discovery, and the enduring power of human connection. The author explores themes of resilience, love, and the importance of community, making the novel a heartwarming and thought-provoking read.

While the plot revolves around the dynamics of the book club, the story goes beyond literary discussions, addressing real-life issues and challenges faced by the characters. This multidimensional approach adds depth to the narrative, making Club Sunrise a compelling exploration of the intricacies of relationships and personal growth.

In conclusion, James Suriano's Club Sunrise is a delightful journey that seamlessly blends the love for literature with the intricacies of human relationships. Whether you're a fan of women's fiction, enjoy stories set in vibrant communities, or simply appreciate tales of friendship and self-discovery, Club Sunrise is a worthy addition to your reading list.

I love it when the macabre is balanced with a bit of humor and outlandishness. This novel did not disappoint in that regard. The fact that there's a spicy element made reading this story even more enjoyable. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is it was a little slow out of the gate. I wasn't pulled in right away. Once things got going, it was hard to put down, but it took a while to get there. If you pick this one up, don't give up on it too soon! It's worth the wait to the "good stuff'!

Jessica Esposito, bored trophy wife of a prominent Miami businessman, decides to take her book club's erotic reads from fantasy to reality....but things quickly go bad as her new business venture and her husband's established business both receive unwanted attention.

This one jumps right into the steamy stuff and initially it's interesting. It's definitely a different take on the lives of trophy wives than I've seen before. I also liked that there was a serious story line to blend with all the sex, but at some point I felt like it didn't know what it wanted to be-- there wasn't really enough to the investigation to be a mystery, but there was definitely way too much investigation to be erotica and the sex was WAY too descriptive to be romance so it was a little all over the place for me. I also found a lot of the sex scenes had some pretty cringey language that are really distracting. To be fair, I'm sure it's hard to find verbiage for that stuff that no one would find cringey.

Overall I just didn't love it, but I would highly recommend it for people who like Colleen Hoover because I feel like the sex to story ratio is the same.

A female book club wants to take what is on the page into their bedrooms.

Absolutely lovely book, read it in one sitting

I tried to finish this one but I DNF it. It was getting too gross and creepy for my taste. This is basically the glorification of prostitution and if the main character wasn't a woman but a man it would be truly outrageous how someone could write this kind of stuff.

I think I got this book thinking it will be funny and a different kind of adventurous. I also wanted smut. But I think I got bored. Skipped quite a lot and I think last few chapters were skipped entirely.

I found myself enjoying this way more than expected! What I liked about this novel is that it wasn’t all erotica. There’s some nice romance, and even a mystery. I LOVE the idea of a book club disguised sex club. I was enjoying this book and the twists and turns that came with it however I did feel that towards the end of the book it felt rushed in order to tie up the storylines... none the less, I really enjoyed the book overall, so I'm not going to deduct a star for the ending.

Club Sunrise by James Suriano was a great read. It was not what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised! This book is filled with intrigue, sex, and sunshine. The plot was more than just erotica and the story pulled me in to see how everyone would end up after the dust settles. The characters were ok but lacked a bit of depth. All in all, a fun way to spend an afternoon.

***** I received an ARC from NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for my honest review. *****

I did enjoy this and it pulled me in enough that I wanted to know what would happen.
It certainly wasn’t what I was expecting and took some different twists and turns!
It’s one to stick with, with a few surprises along the way.

A group of eight wealthy women in south Florida take their book club to an unexpected level. The women realize they want to live out the erotic stories they read about rather than just fantasize about them.so they start a new kind of "book club". Jessica Esposito finds a group of young hot guys in need of cash and makes them an offer hey cannot refuse. Soon the women are having their every fantasy fulfilled unbeknownst to their husbands. But of course this cannot go on forever, a murder ensues and the someone spills the beans. Loved this book.

This cover of the book is absolutely beautiful and screams summer beach read! This book has a little bit of everything from drama, spice, murder, mystery and secrets. A beautifully written story.

This book was a total surprise. Not at all what I expected, and was such a great read. A little Fifty Shades, murder, and secrets revealed. I love when the high-class arrogant fall. And the really, truly part I loved was the rebellion by the "trophy-wives". A really fun read.
Thanks to NetGalley for providing this copy. The opinion expressed is solely my own.

DNF @ 45% therefore no star rating given.
Thank you to the publisher for sending me a NetGalley copy of this book.
Unfortunately, this book didn’t work for me but I can see how it appeals to people who have different tastes to me. I am a younger reader at 20 years old, and this book seems more for ladies in the older age bracket. Also, the writing style wasn’t intriguing enough for me to continue.
This book isn’t a bad book, it’s just not to my taste.

I absolutely fell in love with the cover, however not so much with the book. I felt like I couldn’t keep up. I don’t know if it was the fact that I didn’t care for Jessica or that the book was all over the place.

I wanted more depth and backstory from the characters and relationships. Some of the writing was disjointed and could get confusing as well. I found some of the sex scenes uncomfortable as well - specifically between Jessica and Al.
