A very early reader that suitably introduces the very young mind to Iceland, and takes us round in very roundabout fashion so we have some small understanding of the place, from skyr to handball to the briefest description of the northern lights the world has ever seen. As long as all suitable countries have their own book in this series I will approve, but it really is very, very basic and can't impart much knowledge. Still, if it introduces one reader to the concept of non-fiction books in a way that sticks we should be forever grateful for its existence. Three and a half stars.
