I love this series! Serena Ball knows how to deliver a story with plenty of humor and heart.

I voluntarily reviewed this book.

This was unfortunately a DNF for me: I was not in the place to read it at the time, I will try to give it another chance in the future.

The writing style was really good and I look forward to reading any other books from this author in the future :)

What. A. Romance! I don’t know if I should be typing this review under all the emotions this book has triggered but I will try.

The plot of this book is a pregnancy trope but done in an amazing, gripping, tears-triggering way and love! Oh, this book is just overflowing with love between the main characters but also the family members around them, who are a perfect example that it really takes a village to raise a child. Reading about the relationships between Wilder family, being able to feel it through the pages of the book, filled me with so much happiness and longing for a family like that.

The romance between Kane and Mari, our main characters was absolutely beautifully developed! It’s definitely not a slow burn, but the author took the time to let the romance progress naturally. The characters had time to deal with the sudden change in their lives and their own life problems as they learned to grow together and create a loving family for the baby they were bringing to the world.

Kane was an angel of a man, I swear! If my boyfriend is not as caring and sweet as Kane when I’m gonna be *pregante* then I don’t want it.

I could really relate to Mari’s struggles to come to terms with her abandonment issues and the fact that she’s not like her parent who messed up. There was a quote near the end that made me feel things, not exactly happy things but things I can really understand.

"Oh, hon. That's what it's really about, isn't it? Being afraid you're a bother. That we'll only tolerate you if you're easy and no trouble." She purses her lips. "I imagine that's the hardest thing for someone who got left behind. Believing that you're lovable no matter what."

Yeah, this hit me like a brick.

One thing I want to point out is that I think Kane slept with the main character while being in a relationship with someone else, which is a massive red flag for me, so I’m hoping I just read it wrong😅

Anyway, thank you NetGalley and Serena Bell for this incredible arc❤️❤️❤️ And to all readers: you should put this book on your TBR, it’s worth it!!!!

I absolutely loved this book. It hooked me and kept me turning pages until I was done. Finished it in two days! The character development was strong, and the premise was unique enough that it didn't feel like anything else I've read.

I am thoroughly entertained by this series. Kane and Mari are such fun leads. The story is adorable and it was wonderful to see Kane take a lead in the books. The secret baby trope is hardly a favourite but thanks to this book Imight just change that opinion. Kane is adorable and sweet and Mari s vulnerable yet steadfast and strong. They're perfect romantic leads and I thoroughly enjoyed this book!

Kane and Mari have a one-night stand in Vegas and then part ways. Months later, to both of their surprise, Mari shows up to work for Kane's brother renovating airstream trailers, and she is pregnant. What follows is an opposites attract, second-chance-ish, small-town romance where the conflict is largely internal and there aren't really any dark moments of despair. I think even people who aren't necessarily fans of the accidental pregnancy trope would enjoy this one. I, however, do crave a bit more turmoil and I think that this book could have used a bit more of it in order to really push the characters and their arcs.

Overall, this is a fun, light, low-angst book that is perfect for someone looking for a quick read.

his is an excellent, stand-alone fourth volume in a self-published series about a family business focused on leading outdoor adventures. Steady boy-next-door Kane is the one who does what’s expected, and having a no-strings attached one night stand in Las Vegas at his brother’s bachelor party is out of character. When his flame gets hired by the business to renovate some campers, Kane is surprised to see Mari again–and equally surprised to discover she’s pregnant. They agree to keep it between them for the time being, but also to see if there is co-parenting potential.

The character development is the star of this story. Marigold doesn’t have roots (and might not want them) while Kane has a lot of roots and might be ready to branch out on his own. The way they slowly grow comfortable with one another and develop their romantic relationship was a treat. The airstream renovation business that Mari has is a great aside.

I received a free advance reader’s review copy of #ALittleWilder from #NetGalley.

A cute little indie romance book to read when I'm not feeling the best mentally. This is part of a series so I was halfway through when I realized it.

The book was a fast and quick read, though it did let me down slightly. I don't know what it was though. The book didn't keep me wanting to read, it was very easy to put down the book and do other things. I'm sure a lot of people will enjoy this (Especially if you like the accidentally pregnant trope) but it just wasn't for me.

Marigold and Kane met while in Vegas and had a one night stand. Marigold ends up getting pregnant by him and she couldn't get in touch with him as neither had exchanged numbers or anything like that. Fate intervenes and leads her to a job working for one of Kane's brothers which puts her back into Kane's life. She originally plans to give their baby up for adoption but he convinces her to give him a chance to raise the baby. It does have a happy ending for all involved. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced reader copy.

This is book 4 in the Wilder Adventure series, but it can be read as a stand-alone and was the first book in the series that I've read.

After an anonymous one-night-stand in Vegas, Mari is pregnant, but has no idea of how to find the father. Seven months later, Clark hires her as the designer for Airstream RV renovations for Wilder Adventures, she crosses paths with Kane, the baby's father. Mari is heavily pregnant and considering putting the baby up for adoption, but she gives Kane the chance to prove to her that he should be in the baby's life.

Kane and Mari are complete opposites - she's a free spirit and prefers to travel, he's the peace maker and rock in his family and essentially a homebody - and I loved seeing the two find common ground and compromise to build a future together. I particularly enjoyed the banter and sibling dynamics among the Wilder bunch, and Kane was an absolute sweetheart. I'll definitely be reading other titles in this series - I've already added a few to my kindle library.

The story was cute and an easy read.

I hated the way Merry's mom treated her. She left / abandoned her at a very young age and was irresponsible towards her. It is because of her mom's actions towards her that Merry starts to question her own introduction to motherhood. Merry never really had a nuclear family environment - her mom was not sure who fathered Merry. Merry and her mom traveled around in the trailer - never staying too long in one place.

Merry found she was pregnant after a one night encounter with a great man - only to not know anything about him, - his name, where he lived, what kind of work did he do etc.

She is invited to a job offer to redesign trailers for sale and rent - little does she know that she will find the love of her life and her baby's father.

A Little Wilder by Serena Bell is a fun addition to the Wilder Adventures series. What do you get when you mix a boy next door nice guy and a feisty, independent woman after a one-night stand in Las Vegas? Surprise, it's a baby! It was a pleasure to read their reunion and nice to see such strong character arcs. 3.5 stars

First of all, this is the forth book in a series of interconnected stand-alones, which I love reading in order, and being approved for this book meant going back and reading all the others, because why not, right?

I don't have many thing to say actually, this is really good, really sexy and really entertaining,
I love the way Serena Bell writes, and I'll sure be back for more!

First of all thank you to the publishers, the author and NetGalley for providing me with an arc of this book to review !

It was a cute little romcom, I quite liked the MC, I related to her and her feelings a lot.
Yes there is a pregnancy, but it's not really what the book is mainly about. It's really about 2 people getting to know each other and I liked it, it was cute !

A Little Wilder was a one-sitting read for me as I immediately fell in love with Kane and Mari. Kane is by far my favorite Wilder as he has the most down to earth personality. I love the peak at Mari’s trauma, something that was not a component in the relationships in the first three books. I was glad to see characters from the other books playing such a vital rule in this book and must say I really want to join Wilder family dinners. Though I do feel the plot was predictable, it was still a great comforting read and I cannot wait to dive into the next story!

I am reading this series out of order, but I enjoy Serena Bell's writing, so when the opportunity to read this arose, I had to take it! And I am glad I did, because the Wilder family seems fantastic.
This particular story was about Kane, who is the boy-next-door, wholesome person of the family. He had an, out of character, one night stand with Mari in Vegas, which he is surprised to learn resulted in a pregnancy when she arrives to fix up some of the Wilder family's camping RVs.
Accidental pregnancy is not my favourite trope and Kane sometimes seems like too perfect a character, but it feels believable as he is the peacekeeper of the family and seemingly used to anticipating people's needs. Mari has issues of abandonment so is worried about her ability to be a mother. Overall, I did enjoy this sweet, fast read and I look forward to reading the other sibling's stories.

I’m always at a crossroads between thinking "Aww, this is so cute" while simultaneously rolling my eyes because it feels a little bit too sappy. I’m the person who pauses the TV or closes the book every time I get to a romantic scene to get my emotions in check because my heart is like 🥰😍 but my brain is like, Okay, y'all are doing too much 🙄"

Is anyone else like this?

This is how this book went for me. After a hot one-night stand in Vegas, wanderer Mari shows up at Kane's, the all-American boy next door, family’s business to complete a job with a bun in the oven. It was so cute. Almost too cute. I loved that Kane gave Mari space to make the decision that was best for her without the added pressure and stress anyone in their situation would be under. The characters were very emotionally attuned and self-aware. I did not like the hero complex that Kane had. I felt like the boy next door was enough. It made him feel too perfect to be real. Overall, the book was good and I liked both Mari and Kane.
