This was a cute little read. The story was fun, and the magic/dragonlore was interesting, and I'd love to learn more about the other dragon groups/colors.

I wish this book was about 100 pages longer, as not only did we never find out what our lovely boy looked like in human form, but the main battle was glossed over and kind of anti-climactic. It just felt like we needed a little more there.

Overall, a nice read for a novella, and I'd love to see more in this universe!

I loved every character of this book and the characters in the book were pretty good as well. I can't wait to see what comes next.

A huge Thank You to The author, The publisher and NetGalley for providing the e-arc in exchange for an honest review.
INTERESTING!!!

This was a lower age YA bordering heavily on a children's book. Minimalistic character development worldbuilding and juvenile dialog, That said, it is perfect for a young teen. Clean and free of swearing with off page alluding to fighting and death of the villain. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book from Netgalley.

Thank you NetGalley for a chance to read The Sacrifice.

This was a fun and easy read. The MC is left as a sacrifice for a dragon but can’t remember how she ended up in that situation. I liked watching the story unfold and the relationship between the two main characters. The “reveals” were not surprising to me but this didn’t retract from the story. Overall, I really enjoyed this.
