I loved reading this so interesting and my daughter is a massive man city fan so we read this together and she loved it

A very thorough, well researched and interesting look at Manchester City in Europe, not just now but through their history.

Found myself reading it almost like two books, one a historical account of games, managers and players I was aware of but didn't know much about, and a second a deep dive into more familiar games I'd sat and watched.

The away games were descriptive and atmospheric in terms of the places, and the football itself well dissected.

Overall a good read, thank you for the chance to read it!

An enjoyable book to read if you are a football fan and not necessarily a Man City one either. I did though prefer the earlier stuff as it was a bit before my time so therefore reading "new" things rather than the more recently played games.

Detailed and interesting book looking at Manchester City journeys in European competitions charting the highs and lows from the 1960's to the modern day. This book would interest the football fan.

Impeccably researched and well written this is an analysis and overview of Manchester City’s continued quest for European glory.

Written with wry affection and jam-packed with first hand accounts from former players and media alike this is a treasure trove for every City fan and an engrossing read for serious students of the game.
