After reading the first two books in this series I was so excited to read the third.

This did not disappoint. I loved the story and the characters.

This was a really sweet romance just like the first. I loved the chemistry between the two main characters and the premise was fun.

I read the second one in the series and enjoyed it so I had high hopes. I wasn't disappointed. Its always nice to go back to series you've read before as it comes with familiarity.

This one is sweet, it's nice to watch London and Drew fall in love, even though he is already utterly in love.

The hospital drama towards the end was predictable but it didn't really take away from the romance.

Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for my copy✨✨

It took me a while to get around to reading this book and then when I did, it was rather underwhelming.
First of all, I wasn't aware that this was part of a series.
I always like a bit of steam or even one or two instances of the couple getting together on page, even if it is quite chaste or mild. But having the first spicy scene, where we see them finally get together, fade to black was really frustrating.
This also didn't feel like a true enemies to lovers as the two characters didn't truly dislike one another.
I did like the fact that the miscommunication trope didn't pop up, as that is one of my least favourite romance tropes.
Sadly this just wasn't memorable in the slightest for me.

This is the first Farrah Rochon book I've read (I think!) and I enjoyed it after a few false starts. I didn't realise this was book 3 in a trilogy but they are all standalone, following three friends as they find love do it didn't impact my understanding of the storyline.

London and Drew are High School rivals who reconnect when Drew returns to town for a work project.

I liked London and her commitment to her work and I definitely sympathised with her workaholic tendencies and her neglection of self care however I found her commitment phobic tendencies a tad too much at times.

Drew was an okay protagonist but as a reader I don't thinknI got to know him as well as I got to know London. He wasn't memorable. Two weeks after reading the book, I barely remember anything about.

While I liked the plot, I found the pacing was off and the ending was rushed.

3 stars from me.

I loved this one and one I couldn't wait to own physically; there was enough drama where it wasn't boring or dragging too long but plenty to keep me interested and I love the title as it's quite catchy.

This is the first book I’ve read by Farrah Rochon but I will definitely be reading more. This is the 3rd in a series of recurring characters but the books all work as stand alones. I loved it so much though that I will be going back for the others.

I think my favourite thing about this book was the adorable friendship between London, Samiah, and Taylor hence why I want to read the other 2 books. London and Drew had amazing chemistry and it was the perfect mix of sweetness and spice. I also love a badass lead woman and London definitely fits the bill. In fact, all of the characters felt very real and human. I also loved that the story and relationship was constantly evolving instead of a sudden third act breakup that needed solving. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for my earc of this book
This was an enjoyable romance and I LOVE seeing women in STEM/medicine.
The romance element itself was really cute and enjoyable but the story overall was well balanced with real-life hardships.
A great read

Vivid, expansive and richly imagined….. An absolutely heartbreaking and unforgettable read, perfect for fans of gripping family dramas, and for those who enjoy great storytelling. A big, beautiful, epic tale of heartache, betrayal, courage and most of all, love. I can’t remember the last time I was so transported by a book . . . I can’t recommend enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was such a cute little book! The romance was adorable like in every Farrah Rochon, but the female friendships have me returning to her books. Rochon has a way of writing friendship in such a beautiful way that is addicting to me.

I loved London and Drew as a couple, they had such an amazing chemistry and I was rooting for them from the start.

This wasn’t formatted in the same way that i’m used to in a romance, and I appreciated that. It’s nice to have a change.

I can’t wait to see what this author does next!

I didn’t realise that this was a third book in a series when I requested it. I can’t read a series out of order so will have to come back to this at a later date once I’ve caught up

Ah I love this little linked series of 3 romances by Farrah Rochon and The Hookup Plan did not disappointed. I mean who wouldn't want childhood rivals to lovers? Both protagonists learn new things about each other, reflect on their past rivalry and learn how to work together. I enjoyed both of their journeys, especially London's relationship with her narcissistic Dad. Loved seeing a fair bit of Taylor and Samiah too!

Loved this - like Greys Anatomy in a novel! Although this is the third in a series, it reads well as a standalone novel. Looking forward to reading the first two books now!

Thank you so much @headlineeternal for sending me a copy of The Hookup Plan by @farrahrochon to review!

The Hookup Plan is the third book in a series of connected stand-alone romcoms. After discovering that they were all dating the same guy three women become unlikely friends and each book focuses on them getting their own love story one at a time.

Paediatric surgeon London is a strong and dynamic FMC who fights for what she believes in and for her patients. I really enjoyed seeing her find her way in navigating complicated family relationships and also figuring out a work/life balance for herself.

The romantic relationship here starts off as anything but when London and Drew run into each other at their high school reunion. While the physical connection for this couple was there from the start it was great seeing them become emotionally vulnerable down the line as their relationship changed. I also loved that there was no miscommunication here! While there was plenty of other drama in this book it all came from outside of the core relationship.

The Hookup Plan was a fun romcom with a lot of steam but also a lot of heart and I thought the epilogue was a lovely way to end the series.

Read for:
• high school nemesis, to enemies, to friends with benefits, to lovers ❤️

• female Doctor main character 🩺

• dual POV

• he falls first 😍

• awesome female friendships 💕

• navigating complicated family dynamics

Two super competent people who are start off on opposite sides (London wants her hospital to not be sold, and Drew is in charge of making the assessment on whether it should be sold), but between fights and bouts of excellent sex they realize that they have tons in common and slowly fall for each other.

Farrah Rochon is one of my favourite romance writers at the moment, namely because she always gets the perfect balance of characters, romance, spice and drama. Anyone who is a fan of the enemies-to-lovers trope will enjoy this read!

Thank you NetGalley for an ARC of this book.

I requested this book because of the amount of great reviews it has and I'm so glad I did. This book completely surpassed my expectations in so many ways and I wish I already had the physical copy of it to put on my shelf!

The story of London and Drew, the third book in this series.
They were enemies at high school, so will this have changed now they are in their working lives. He starts off as just a fling for her, but can he be more?

A great read.

I loved this, the third in a series (could possibly be read as a stand-alone but you get so much more if you read them all plus the first book covers the whole set up ) the three friends all cheated on by the same man and their following romances, this is the third and final, could also be my favourite but it’s so hard to choose !

London holding onto a grudge for 15 years is so unhealthy, bad for herself, but completely relatable to me and understandable when you read the story, could just be me though who understands has to work through letting go of past pain ! But I completely got her, love London so much she is probably my favourite of the three friends. Such a great strong, independent woman. Then we have Drew, Oh Drew (sigh exaggeratedly) how can you not fall in love with him, I love he falls strongly for London (and who wouldn’t) I love that he’s trying to learn and correct mistakes, I adore that Farrah’s characters are all ‘real’ complex people, no one is without a past or mistakes, that she she’s them growing and changing. I won’t say more as I won’t ruin the story.

Overall this is a fantastic conclusion to the series, I look forward so much to more, hopefully many, many more books from Farrah Rochon and can’t wait to devour her funny, brilliant characters, fabulous stories and perfect escapism long into the future
