All My Rage is a story of struggle. It's a story of loss and love, of failure and success, and of rage and the mercy of forgiveness. This book will leave you raw. And aching. With puffy eyes because you started crying around page 50, and you never stopped.

I have been so excited for this book!
The writing was beautiful, and I spent a lot of time admiring the language throughout, some of it read like poetry!
The style was a little challenging for me. The multiple POVs coupled with the different timelines felt jarring, and I never really got fully accustomed to it. There are several characters and I would have appreciated a family tree or cast list to cement my understanding of the relationships between everyone. I did feel it did detract from my complete enjoyment and I lost some of the impact and the 'wow' factor.
A must-read nonetheless.

What a wonderful book. This is my first ever book I've read written by Sabaa Tahir, and it definitely won't be the last. I related so much Misbah, Noor and Salahudin being a second-generation immigrant daughter. I highly recommend everyone to read this book.

a brilliant, unforgettable, and heart-wrenching contemporary YA novel about family and forgiveness, love and loss, in a sweeping story that crosses generations and continents.

This was a very hard to read book about loss, change, abuse and all sorts of things. However, I adored it so much. It was a story that felt like it needed to be told.

Sometimes I had to just put this down and process what I was reading for a minute, it was a lot at some parts but like I said it needed to be written and told.

I rated this 5 stars!

Such a powerful and moving story, with a very heavy focus on forgiveness and healing. You follow three perspectives, Misbah, who is trying to run the Cloud's Rest Inn Motel, her son Salahudin, who is trying to save the motel, and Noor, who desperately wants to escape to college. You discover secrets hidden away about each of these characters and you truly go on such a journey with them, one that will break your heart and also show you that being broken isn't bad, because it means that you are strong.

I do wish that there had been more happiness for these characters apart from those fleeting two pages at the end, because it was heartbreaking to read about and I would have loved to have seen them in a time where life wasn't so awful for them. I also don't really think that the romance between Noor and Salahudin was necessary? I don't know how to explain it, but I think that showing that their friendship could survive all that is thrown at them is more important than them getting together, although their love story is beautiful at the same time.

This was my first Sabaa Tahir book and I'm so looking forward to diving into more of her work.

This is a hard hitting young adult novel. It has dual timelines as it examines one families life. Both in Pakistan and America.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for this eARC of "All My Rage" by Sabaa Tahir.

This has been an anticipated read for me as I adore Sabaa Tahir and her work and this did not disappoint! Gritty and heartfelt, I was highly invested in this work of art and I loved the story the whole way through. Sabaa knows how to write and this remains true through this Adult debut by Tahir.
