Prince Julius is about to be made King. Beatrice, a PR expert, has been employed to improve his playboy image. Beatrice comes across as cold and buttoned up to the reader but as the reasons for her icy demeanour warms up. Julius also has childhood issues tha need to be addressed before they can move forward.
An enjoyable read, well though out. Characters not instantly likeable, but as the storyline progresses they improve and mature.

become clear they can warm to her, especially as her character

Impossible to resist, impossible to predict, impossible to put down . . .
A sparkling Christmas read. Cosy, comforting and liberally sprinkled with magic, it’s absolutely delicious!

Beatrice is in PR and when she is bought in to help with Prince Julius' reputation she knows she has a challenge ahead of her.

This story had characters that both had hurdles that needed to be overcome but I found the story sweet and though unconventional thoroughly enjoyable.

A Modern Fairytale that has emotion and romance. Beatrice finds relationships challenging, yet despite her unconventional upbringing, she is a sought-after public relations fixer. Julius has a player image and needs managing if he is to fulfil his role as heir apparent, but he is unconvinced when he first meets Beatrice.

I enjoyed this lovely fairytale-inspired read with complex, flawed characters' believable barriers to the couple's happiness and a magical romance that ends happily.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher.

A really unlikely premise for a book - a convent, a royal death and an unlikely prince, however such a good tale. Beatrice is shown to be cold, unemotional and closed off and yet we get to see why she comes across that way and love her for it. The small ways that that Julius and Beatrice slowly let down their guard show them thawing and falling and seeing what their future could be. A simple, yet simply lovely romance.
