The bedtime Book of Impossible Questions is a fun and encouraging book for children to ask questions and discover new things. I remember my eldest daughter used to ask impossible questions at bedtime when she was little and this would have been the perfect book for her! Children tend to love facts and information to share with others and this book provides plenty such as: Why am I me and not someone else? Why don't animals wear clothing? And how many words are there?. As an adult you'll fund yourself enjoying this and coming up with questions of your own. Such a fun book for bedtime.

I absolutely loved this book! I am a firm believer of asking questions and as an adult I am still constantly asking about new things and looking for answers and information about subjects I know little about - there’s so much to learn!

Questions include - how many words are there? Why don’t animals wear clothes? How heavy is earth? Why am I me and not someone else? Are cats liquid or solid? Haha. And many many more!

My little one is a bit young for it but I thought there was a good amount of information for older children of school age wanting to find out and understand about odd and interesting things. I found myself learning about a fair amount of new things!

I found this very accessible and engaging - it has beautiful and fun illustrations, and the overall look is definitely to my taste. I will definitely be recommending it!

This is such a fun book to share with our children, it gets people talking, and the facts are generally enlightening for adults as well as kids!

I love that this is interspersed with facets that help make a parents life easier - such as why we can’t just eat foods we love, and why kids need to go to bed early!!I

Overall I loved this book and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, particularly parents.

My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.

The Bedtime Book of Impossible Questions is a lovely book, however normally I’m not so keen on these types of books and therefore never purchase them. However the illustrations are engaging and the writing is accessible. This book is such a joy to dip into to spike your curiosity and begin to answer some of the big questions!

Some questions are: Do wasps know that they hurt people when they sting?, How do we know that unicorns have never existed?, why cant I tickle myself? and there are many, many, many more questions (with answers.) and no, I’m not going to give you the answers of these questions. You will have to wait for the book to release on the 13th October 2022!

What a fabulous book! Filled with those tricky questions that children often ask their adults, this would be perfect for dipping in and out of and sharing at different times. The answers are detailed, yet child friendly at the same time and complemented by the gorgeous illustrations. I will certainly be recommending this to others.

The Bedtime Book of Impossible Questions is a wonderful book. With truly beautiful illustrations by Adam Cushley and really engaging and accessible writing by Isabel Thomas, this book is such a joy to dip into to spike your curiosity and begin to answer some of children’s (and honestly mine too) big questions!

The level of scientific explanation was perfect for my daughter, aged 9. Some big ideas were lightly explored but they were explained clearly with everyday analogies within her experience to help visualise.

Her little inquisitive mind ALWAYS asks the biggest questions at bedtime. This wonderful book helped to give her some answers to chew on and encourage her to actively grow her curiosity even more.

Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for gifting me this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
