Another fabulous book from the amazing Nicholas Sparks. Such a captivating read with a twist I did not see coming. A thoroughly enjoyable read.

This book has everything you expect in a Nicholas Sparks book - relationships, emotions, authentic characters, vivid imagery, a genuine story that captivates you throughout and so much more. I'd highly recommend it.

Aahhh, this was a great read, had me on the edge of my seat at times and I wasn’t expecting the twist. Super summer read

I really enjoyed this book once I started it I couldn’t put it down. It reads like two totally unrelated stories that had me wondering how they could possibly be linked but in true Nicholas Sparks form they heart wrenchingly do. This is a beautifully written emotional story that I absolutely recommend you read, you will not be disappointed.

An enthralling and charming premise with two engaging storylines within, delightful characters and a whole lot of heart tugging. Typical Nicholas Sparks style.

I love all the movie adaptations of Nicholas Sparks novels and Dreamland is just begging to be made into one too. It’s a love story, which is what Sparks does best but it’s emotional and heart wrenching and just pulls you in until you’re so invested you need to keep reading.

A joy.

Dreamland has two charming stories that beautifully merge to become an epic tale that readers expect from this author. Beverley’s story is one of survival and is both compelling and hard to read, whilst Colby’s is a story of seeking bright lights and glitter. An unlikely mix of grit, romance and whim, this story is beautiful and evocative.

This is one of those stories that will leave you with a book hangover.

I recommend Dreamland by Nicholas Sparks.

A bit of a slow start but characters were engaging and I did enjoy it. Told from two different points of view that eventually intertwined near the end, Nicholas Sparks is not an author I had read before but I will again.

A brilliant read and one I really enjoyed. The characters are loveable and varied, the plot is one that is engaging and medium paced. I found myself completely drawn into the story and enjoyed the writing style.

Dreamland by Nicholas Sparks a NetGalley review. Colby has taken a much needed break from his life as a farmer and takes a trip to Florida. Not only does he enjoy farming he is passionate about music and while in Florida he takes a gig at a bar. However while in Florida he meets Morgan whom changes his life. I had high hope for this book, I’ve said before how much I love reading this authors books, I love the way the author writes and the way the stories jump off the pages. When began to read this book it felt familiar in a warning hug kind of way and it felt calming. Sadly these feelings didn’t last and to be honest this was the worst book by this author that I’ve read and I don’t write that easily. This story is split between Colbys story and Beverly’s story, there will be no spoilers and we aren’t aware of who Beverly is until the end of the book. I felt that some of the detail especially concerning Beverly’s side of the story is perhaps over written, like the author is really trying to drive home the point of Beverly’s story and what it actually does is make it boring and feel reparative. The author seemed to be explaining the same thing over and over again just using different words. There was something missing from this book, something missing that perhaps was essentially normal Nicholas Sparks and I think it was heart and purpose. After getting to the end and knowing the full story, you get to understand the bigger picture, the big topics he’s trying to get out there (being vague in these subjects and I don’t want to ruin it for anyone), but by the time these tough subjects are revealed the book is coming to an end. Personally I think this book would have had more impact in every aspect of these subject had been brought in to the boom at the beginning and I certainly feel I would have enjoyed the book more. I’m not a one for reading a book twice, once I’ve already read it the once but in wonder if I would enjoy this more if I reread it knowing the ending. I also think the author should have dug deeper into the subjects, I know in a way he does but again it just feels like something is missing. I sadly won’t be recommending this book sadly ⭐️⭐️

A bit of a slow moving read at the beginning, however I powered on through and thoroughly enjoyed it. Told from two different points of view that eventually intertwined near the end, I really enjoyed this and loved the romance and family bonds throughout

This was a bit of a slow moving story for me. We follow the lives of Colby and Beverly and bit by bit we find out more of their life stories until eventually they intertwine. Whilst Beverly’s story was quite a page turner, I found the chapters on Colby quite dull and mainly kept reading them so I could get back to Beverly’s story. Overall this was a pleasant and easy read.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for an advanced digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Every now and again, I feel the need to read a book by Nicholas Sparks in order to achieve that 'feel good' factor.

This one did not disappoint. Two different storylines that didn´t come together until near the end when it all became clear as to what was happening. Very clever, totally unexpected when you suddenly say to yourself 'ahhh, now I get it!'

A very enjoyable read.

My thanks to NetGalley and Little, Brown Book Group UK for giving me the opportunity to read an advanced digital copy in return for an honest review.

I loved it! It's been a while since I have read a Nicholas Sparks novel, but they can always be relied upon to be a great read and this one didn't disappoint.

2 very different storylines, with very little apparent overlap, but so so clever.

This is not one of Sparks' best books.
Told from two points of view, Colby and Morgan, and Beverly a mum on the run with her 6 year old son.
It is a slow burner that didn't really catch fire and I found myself skimming over the parts between Colby and Morgan.
It did pick up in the final quarter of the book and everything tied up nicely.
I didn't love it and didn't hate it, it was just ok.

Nicholas never disappoints and this book is no exception. It’s told from the viewpoint of two man characters and it’s a joy to read. Tears of laughter and sadness along the way, but that just adds to the journey, I loved it! Four stars!!

Nicholas sparks will forever be a favourite. His books are amazing. They always without a doubt get me right in the feels.

This is not your typical Nicholas Sparks. Seemed a hit disjointed at time and then only in the last 80% did it seem to come together.
Unfortunately i didn’t really enjoy this book

Another great story from Nicholas Sparks. Well, really it is two stories - that of Colby and Morgan , and Beverley. I couldnt figure out how the two were connected, but , yes, they were and it all fell into place.
This author continuously writes great books that I love
