A Comic Kind of Love is another stunningly good romance from this author.
Hallie is an event planner with a top New York company, great at her job but her personal life is not great, being pulled between her divorced parents and not so lucky in love, she tends to get herself into some ridiculous but funny situations when doing her best to please or help people.
Christopher Is a NASA astronaut and has returned to earth after spending months on the International Space Station, now back he feels adrift and not sure what he wants to do in the future, still grieving from the death of his brother and having a father who shows no love or respect for him.
These two meet after a series of events that are beautifully written, their relationship gathers speed quickly and with much humour and emotion you find yourself totally invested in their future.
There are problems and misunderstandings and at times I found myself really angry and upset to how they were being treated., but isn’t that the sign of a great read when you become so invested in the characters lives.
This was a book a was sorry to finish, and one that I will read again probably many times.
My thanks to net galley and publishers for the opportunity to review this book honestly.

This was an interesting read with a very unique start to the romance, but it worked well and was interesting. My only frustration was the vivid sex scenes had conversations in them which were important to the storyline, so you couldn’t skip them. Overall though it was a good read and not too long

I couldn’t put this book down - one of my favourite reads of the year so far! It was so angsty at the start, waiting on the MCs to actually meet and I totally fell in love with them when they did 🥰
