Three weeks isn't long but those 21 days could set in place a healthy living regime which, if followed correctly, should help both mental and physical wellbeing. This is the concept discussed by popular Strictly professional dancer, Dianne Buswell in an open and pleasant way.
The recipes are appealing and the exercises accompanied by photos which give a good basis for both beginners (me!) and those with some experience of Pilates, yoga, and dance. The memories Dianne includes give an insight into what made her the personable and successful young woman we see regularly on our televisions and the lack of faddy foods or diets is refreshing to say the least.
I enjoyed reading this book and can see ways in could be integrated into my life without too much difficulty or expense. If you are looking to make a positive change to your everyday exercise and diet this would be a very good place to start. Recommended.
