As beautiful as the first one, this packs an emotional punch. I love falling into these stories and follow these adorable characters. Highly recommend.

A cute continuation to the series! I hadn't realised that this was the sequel to a different book, but I still found the storyline enjoyable once I understood what was happening. The characters are incredibly endearing and I liked how there was plenty of room at the end to continue the series if the author so wished.

The art was also wonderfully colourful and stunning to look at! I'd love to go back and read the first book in the series~

This graphic novel is absolutely gorgeous . The art style is beautiful but especially the illumination. It makes it look cozy and warm.
For me, the story is pretty simple to follow and it contains a good message. Loved the friendship in the story.
I loved the character design for the new characters which make them look very cute. Also the exaggeration in the expressions of the characters makes the story funnier without having to deviate from it.

After an oddly long wait, review files of this Book Two finally dropped, allowing me to see if the appeal from the first book (https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/2464025107) was still there to be found. Well, yes and no. This is the heroine's second trip to Pandorien, only before she can get to learn more about the legacy she inherited from her mother, and before we can see what the proper plot of this episode is going to be about, there's too much time spent on world-building details, such as it being the king's 350th birthday, and too much exuberance over a simple reuniting with her friends from Book One.

Some of that is forgiven by the fact this pitches to a very young audience, but not all. And by the time we have had this second adventure, which proves to be about some concerning thefts of magical plants, we can see this really should have had more about it. Indeed, with the cliffhanger ending this almost feels like a stop-gap volume, a book designed to get us from A to B without disturbing too much. Normally it's the Book Ones of this world that feel slight, with the need to introduce everything and then to think of showing us what stories in the future will be like, but here we're getting the same slender result. Three and a half stars, still – although some of that is down to the goodwill left from the opener.

this was cute and entertaining and i think it could be perfect for a child that want something a little magical and different but not complicated which makes it a perfect option to read for anyone just starting out.
especially with the beautiful colorful art that helps keep the interest.

the plot itself is pretty simple but well done and the writing is again pretty simply worded but not in a way that makes it feel as if it’s purposefully choose the easiest way to word something as sadly some children's stories do.

overall it’s a nice read a grat. continuation of an interesting story.

well done.

I didn’t clock that this was a sequel but I’m definitely going to be checking out the others! The artwork was super cute and lovely to look at and it’s a wonderful mystery! I’m always looking for graphic novels for younger children to recommend and this is perfect!

Thank you so much to net galley for giving me an e-arc of this book

As usual the illustrations are very gorgeous and the book is really interesting and adventurous as well but it is too short for my liking.

I thought this manga/comic was really interesting. I absolutely love the main character and he was a little journey. The art style was absolutely gorgeous and I would love to read more from this author and artist because it was stunning. I hope there is more to this book, so there should be more series or more books connecting to this book, but I will definitely read more and I would highly recommend other people read this book too.

Fun and cute transport to another world. This is the second in the series. I didn't read the first, and was fine. There are a couple subtle references to the first story.

The illustrations were busy and bright. I could have looked at those without words and enjoyed the book.

I found this to be different and delightful.

In this continuation Nola goes on another adventure in Pandorient. Someone is stealing plants from Anton, our trio needs to figure out who and why. All while there is a huge fest going on.

I enjoyed this second one more than the first one. In the first book we learned about our main character and the world. While the plot felt a bit on the back burner. In this one the plot had a bit more intrigue and we meet some interesting new Characters. The art is still beautiful and enjoyably colorful.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the E-Arc in exchange for an honest review.

This is the second volume to The Music Box series.

In this volume we follow Nola on another adventure in Panodrient. Nola enters during the Kingdoms busiest celebration. We meet new characters and embark on a new journey with surprising twists and surprises.

The art again was gorgeous and really added to the story. I will definitely keep up with this series.

Second volume to the series: The Music Box.
The author and illustrator did it again! It was still fantastical as the first book. We are here with Nola entering Pandorient's busiest celebration, the king’s 350th. Along with Andrea and Igor, we meet a Merlinian, Anton, who was mentioned in the first book and a friend of Nola’s mom. The book also introduces Anton’s son, Cyprian, who is a little troublemaker at first, but makes it up as the story progresses. Love the small surprises toward the end of the story and the ending was such a tease.

I gave this book 4 /5 stars!
Thank you Netgalley and Europecomics for the e-arc!

This sequel was just as good as the first one! We get to learn about a character we've seen in the first book and it was really fun to learn about him and what his role is in Pandorient. I might be biased because my favorite color is green but the color palette for this volume was magnificent, lots of plants and trees, it was a delight for the eyes. The story was engaging and I liked following our main trio along into a little more high stake adventure. Can't wait to read the next installment!

Ooh, Cyprian could end up causing trouble for Nola in future books. We are going to have to keep an eye on him. I love Anton and Cyprian's characters, they remind me of Professor Sprout and Groot, which just means they are extra awesome.

This book was a great continuation of book #1 Welcome to Pandorient and I cannot wait to see what adventures book #3 In Search of the Past brings for Nola and her new friends.

Intriguing start to a new fantasy graphic novel series - new to the US at least. This is a translation from a French GN and it's nicely done. The first volume is fairly short, but introduces characters and the world of Pandorient. I found it fun and interesting enough to want to return for the next volume. it is also not overcomplicated for a portal fantasy, which will make it accessible for younger readers. The characters have depth and we can easily see that there is much more to them to be discovered, just like the world of Pandorient.

Beautiful art and an adventure story, great for kids and adults. I've not read the first volume and was able to understand the plot, and I will continue to read the next volumes.

My daughter finished the first book and immediately begged for the second — the kind of story that is easy to fall in love with and difficult to put down.

I love the Music Box series! Just like the first book, the art is amazing, the story is engaging, and I like how the story ends in this second book, with a cliffhanger.
