This is a super fun book for early readers! There were multiple aspects of this book that I really enjoyed:
1. The structure. While rather repetitive, this book's structure is perfect for younger readers. It allows them to latch onto a pattern and fall into the rhythm of the book.
2. The range of different dog breeds mentioned. This gives the book some diversity, but it allows serves as a way to learn about dogs. This is especially important for little ones that love dogs, because they see numerous types of them as they follow Momo's hair's journey.
3. Lastly, the whimsical illustrations. They were very colorful and fun, which worked perfectly with Momo's story. Additionally, there were a bunch of little details (Easter eggs) within the illustrations that kids can recognize and giggle at (i.e. a woman walking her pet pig).

Colorful and whimsical picture book about a clown's wig that gets blown off and onto the heads of several dogs. Overall, very cute.

A hilarious story about a clown's wig flying around town. There's very little text but we didn't mind it. This allowed us to linger and discover all those tiny, adorable details in the colourful illustration. Funny dogs, a pig on a bicycle, and cheeky mice. I enjoyed this as much as my daughter did.

I loved this! The illustrations are so chalky and adorable. The story is very cute, although why did Momo's hair only bounce to animals? This book might have not had a larger message or "point", but sometimes I think children's books just need to be fun and cute!

Books, and NetGalley for the privilege to be able to read this adorable and cute children's book, Where Did Momo's Hair Go? I will share my review to Amazon, Goodreads, and Barnes&Noble, since it seems to have already been released. The illustrations are stunningly cute and childlike. The color schemes are eye-catching and contrasting, sure to catch the eyes of children, and the cover is very good and gives a good tonal idea of the book. I think the dogs, houses, and boat are especially cute.

The story focuses on Momo and his wig, which has flown off and vsits different neighborhood dogs before finding its home again. This is a great book for teaching kids about dog breeds, and will be popular with children who love dogs, animals in general, and fun illustrations. I would recommend for all children younger than five. I can't wait to see more from Caroline Hamel! I can't get enough of the illustrations.

Where Did Momo's Hair Go is a fun and silly read. It includes bright and vibrant illustrations the my little ones loved. This book has some seriously silly situations that had my kids laughing the whole time, even ending on a cliffhanger which had my kids making up even more funny scenarios about where Momo's hair went!

This book is incredibly cute and fun. The story is simple and oh so silly. Probably the best part are the bright and colourful illustrations that one could lost looking at for hours for all the adorable and whimsical details that have been added. I’m sure kids (and adults) of all ages will adore this book.

Poor Momo and his disappearing hair!

This is one of those children's books that I think will be a hit or miss depending on the reader's ability to truly bring it to life. The plot itself is simple: the wind takes poor Momo the clown's wig away, and pure silliness ensues. The wig has an adventure of its own, ending up on multiple dogs' heads — and all the while the colorful, vibrant city and its people are on display.

All in all, adorable and bright illustrations + a goofy story make this a great book for storytime.

Very colorful storybook. This tells the story of Momo and how he lost his hair. I like that it goes on all types of dogs and teaches different breeds. This is a very easy read.

This book was a joy for my daughter and her parents to share. If a child returns to a book, it is often a good sign that the author and illustrator have captured their imagination. The colourful pages and beautifully crafted story has been a favourite at bedtime.

I think the illustrations are good and I appreciate how this book introduces various dog breeds to children, but the actual story fell flat, I thought I may be unfairly judging this book, so I decided to read it again but to my two children. Both of them were bored and said they didn’t carry for the story. My youngest (girl, 5 years old) loved the illustrations, but had nothing else positive or helpful to say. My other child (girl, 7) said she liked the pictures and dogs, but wanted more adventure in story,

Overall, not a story I’d recommend. The illustrations raised my rating from one star to two stars.

I will start off by saying that I am not a huge fan of clowns, but I also don't necessarily fear them or hate them. However, I thought this book was very charming. In a way, this book gave me Eric Carle vibes or maybe even Madeline vibes. I thought it was a very clever and charming story. I also loved the colorful illustrations. This book will be fun for children and may help them see that clowns aren't always scary!

Follow the journey of Momo’s hair after it flies off his head and finds itself in some peculiar and interesting places.

This was a fun read that didn’t take itself too seriously. Sometimes it’s nice to have a book with no underlying lesson and just a bit of fun. The illustrations were colourful and eye catching and are a big draw to little children.

Myself and my little girl look forward to seeing where Momo’s hair goes next.

Read it... It s a cozy reading... Read with your children absolutely. It make me laugh and just a little bit cry... But you must to read

This is a very weird funny book. I would absolutely love the chance to read this with a whole group of kids because it would be so easy to get them to interact with this story. The pictures are kind of simple and bright and you keep seeing the wig go from one person to another to a dog, etc and I am an adult who was giggling while I found the hair in the picture.

A cute little book for dog lovers as they help Momo the Clown chase his wig all over town and try to spy it in the different fun scenes. The drawings are old fashioned and I would hsve liked more colour but that's a personal gripe. With so much going on, more colour might have proved too distracting.for younger readers. The formulaic prose makes it easy for children to join in. A very good read!
