Description
Cook delicious, gluten-free meals with ease in your Instant Pot.

*My Opinion*
I am always interested in recipes - doesn´t matter what kind of! I do not need Gluten Free products, but I was curios about them. Well, my bad - I haven´t noticed that those were for an Instant Pot =)) BUT they all looks delcious, and I will try a few of them (trying to figure out how to do without an Instant Pot - but that´s okay... but I always wanted one, so that´s not a bad thing)

Thanks for let me read the book!

the good: cross-contamination section
the bad/not-so good:
-very little photos. A great cookbook has an abundance of photos. Food is visual (amongst other things)!
-heavily carb focused (so many recipes call for gluten free bread, gluten free panko, which you have to buy separately!)
-lots of dairy and meat. Where are the veggies? Give some balance please.
-not easy or quick. The recipes have multiple ingredients, several steps, just the opposite of quick and easy.
-to build on quick and easy, some of the recipes are very obviously best left to a stovetop.

I've followed a gluten-free diet for many years due to a wheat allergy. I've slowly increased the amount I use my Instant Pot for (although I still think some things are better cooked other ways.) This cookbook has a great variety of great looking recipes with easy to follow instructions. Because of other dietary issues, there are a lot I can't try but I look forward to getting my own copy and trying several! I would have liked a lot more photos; the ones included were beautiful.

This book could be a game changer for people with a gluten intolerance. There are so many amazing recipes that really don’t feel like anything is missing. What a great book for gluten free people! They can pick any recipe and not have to worry about swaps. Awesome

Good info and a nice variety of recipes, but no new ground broken here really - it's mostly the same gluten-free info you'll see in any GF cookbook.

I've been gluten free for about ten years now and I have my standard set of recipes that I always rely on, but they're getting boring! This cookbook looks amazing, tons of easy, interesting recipes that you can just throw in the instant pot! There's a huge variety and I'm sure my family members who aren't gluten free will enjoy them as much as I will. I can't wait to try out some of these recipes and hopefully add them into my usual rotation!

Thank you so much to Quarto Publishing Group and NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts.

I am blown away by the recipes in this gluten free instant pot cookbook. I have a good friend who is gluten free and am always on the lookout for foods to make for her. There are so many recipes that all off us will enjoy - most won't even know they are gluten free. There is a wide range, so there is something for everyone for any time of day. They use ingredients commonly found in our pantries and the flavor combinations hit the support!

I would like to thank the Quarto Group and NetGalley for an advanced copy of this cookbook to review.

**Thank you to Jane Bonacci, Sara De Leeuw, NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group for allowing me to receive an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review!**
These recipes are just amazing. I'm beginning to try and transition to a gluten free diet because of my recent endometriosis diagnosis. This book is so helpful because it has so many instructions for the Instant Pot in addition to having great recipes. It is so nice that I feel like it takes out a lot of the guess work from having to make a meal in an appliance that I'm not very familiar with. The desserts at the end of the book are another great addition and it felt like a nice treat to be able to find those as I was reading this cookbook! I really appreciate their effort on this book and I'm looking forward to making the rest of the recipes in this book!

I am a celiac, so being gluten free for me is not a choice but a necessity! I recently bought an instant pot, so seeing this book available on Netgalley felt serendipitous. I can’t wait to try the recipes in this book for myself! The layout is clear and inviting for cooks of any level. The book is sorted by courses, but there is a useful index at the back if you’re looking for something specific. I enjoyed the wide variety of dishes included and look forward to making them!

Thank you to Jane Bonacci, Sara De Leeuq, New Shoe Press, and Netgalley for a free ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I was happy to find these recipes weren't at all complicated. So often when gluten is replaced you have to buy a hundred different things to replace it, but the book kept everything simple, and I really liked that. I'm not looking to enter MasterChef, I just want a few new recipes to add to the seven I use on rotate!

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this book.

I love these recipes! While I have not been able to try any of them, I love the ingredients and simplicity of so many of these recipes. I was so excited to see a gluten free cookbook, because allergen-friendly cookbooks always catch my interest.

A great collection of gluten free Instant Pot recipes! I would have liked to see more pictures of the recipes featured, but otherwise felt the layout and content were straightforward.

4.5 stars for this one too ! I reviewed a similar one about pressure cooker by the same publisher, and the issue is the same : no approximate cooking time/prep time. I like to know how long it is going to take to prep and cook. And in this book you have to read the recipe to have an idea. A quick idea could be helpful when planning meals. This is the only thing really missing.
Otherwise the recipe are clear and have both metric and non metric quantities and temperature, and that believe me is great ! I hate having to stop mid recipe, and trying to understand in which hell of uk or us cups we are talking about, when I have been raised using metric system.
I also love the choice and the variety of the recipe. They are all gluten free, and you can see also other dietary options on top of each recipe. Which is great, especially when I need ideas to cook for different people in my family that have different dietary requirement, that is sooooooo helpful !
So thank you for this book NetGalley :D

Sorry but this file was not downloadable to my Kindle so I could not access it, I hadn't realised it was only IOS or Android.

Great pictures and content. Likes the wide variety of recipes. The only thing I’d add is the possibility for more recipes that are dairy free. Easy to read, very doable recipes. Also liked how it went in depth with explaining pressure cooking.

New year new menu, that's my plan and with my new Ninja Foodi needed some inspiration.

There is a good description of pressure cooking at the beginning, it's designed around an Instant Pot but has similar settings on a Ninja. The gluten-free element is based on food in the USA as are measurements.

This book has a great selection of recipes, from simple to fancy. The cornbread sounds so good!

One thing I did notice was a lack of photos, maybe it was intentional so we don't consider our efforts a failure? It's nice to have a picture though for reference.

I've bookmarked a few recipes that take my fancy and looking forward to trying them,

I recently got diagnosed with celiac disease. Finding a cookbook that allows me to have EVERYTHING in it is wonderful! The layout makes it easy to read the recipes. The pictures that are in there are great, just wish there were more. I cannot wait to try all the things in this book.

I rarely use my Instant Pot because, quite honestly, it seems like a whole lot of hassle. I was hoping this book would help me get more comfortable with the Instant Pot and for the most part, it did. The book really shines in the initial chapters where the authors discuss in easy to understand terms, how the pressure cooker works, why we should use it, and great tips on how to be successful. I especially appreciated when they mentioned that popping noises and steam emissions were normal because that is what freaked me out the few times I’ve used it. As for the recipes themselves, they aren’t overly inventive, which is fine for the basic cook. Personally, I think I will use the Asian recipes most option. Some of the recipes might be quicker/easier on the stovetop or oven so I’m not sure I will try those. The pictures were nice and the instructions were clear and concise. All in all, a good reference for Instant Pot users - gluten free or otherwise.

Thanks to NetGalley and New Shoe Press Paperback for the advance copy. All opinions in this review are my own.

I opted to look at this book as I have two Coeliac (GF - Gluten Free) daughters. I have to say that cooking GF meals is not difficult as long as you use GF ingredients eg flour or stock cubes, so to find a book which has recipes using GF products is not a great help or innovative. I could easily do this myself. Overall, a simple cook book with some basic ideas but nothing new. Folks, just use a good recipe book and substitute normal ingredients for GF versions and you can cook almost anything!
