A useful tool for experts working in risk management and crisis management.
This book is heavily theoretical, based on research, and it reminds me of a college textbook. There are many insightful discussions about dealing with crises and finding solutions. I wasn't prepared for the depth of the issue that this book explored. Overall, it was an educational read with practical emergency response advice.

Quite a research based book with a lot of theory and reminds me of a textbook from student years. There are several good points discussed around crisis and finding solutions to critical situations. The range of cases covers business governmental and societal types of crises. Clearly, ways out of crises depend on multiple factors and strategic scenarios however leadership, resilience and strategic outlook can be the main pillars to resolve critical situations.
