Thanks to the Publisher and Netgalley for an early review copy.
Living in Corfu, Catherine who has written so many books, is getting married, for the fourth time. But, as yet she’s not mentioned the name of the groom.
She wants very much for both of her daughters to attend. The eldest, Adeline isn’t that keen on going as she hasn’t got a very good relationship with her mother, or Cassie, her sister.
Her parents separated when she was little and after Cassie was born, she was sent to England to live with her father.
Whereas Cassie had a very good relationship with her mother, after her father passed away.
When they meet, it’s not the happy occasion Catherine expected. Secrets come out and grudges are laid out.
Will their relationship ever be restored after all past disagreements are cleared?
I recommend this book.

🏝️moving and heartwarming
👩👧👧POV of Catherine, Adeline and Cassie
☀️ great summer read
⛱️Set in beautiful Corfu
Sarah Morgan has done it again with another great read. This is a book which was very hard to put down due to having such a good plot and likeable characters. I did guess the first twist and surprise but I don’t want to give it away to anyone else.
I loved how Adeline and Cassie’s relationship and interactions changed throughout as I was desperate whilst reading for them to work it out. Honestly a great read for the summer and would recommend.
Thank you @netgalley and @harlequinaus for this ARC which I have been sent in return of an honest review. Summer wedding is out 25th of May.

I’m such a Sarah Morgan fan and it was fascinating to read a book where two of the main characters were authors themselves- it gave a tiny insight into what (I imagine!) parts of life are like as an author.
I thought all the characters were fabulous, very authentic and very likeable. I thought I could see where things were going with the second husband and it was interesting to follow the twists and turns of the story. I definitely laughed out loud when the daughters were introduced to husband number 4! I won’t give anything away but I would absolutely recommend this book- a perfect summer read!

This is a light and warm hearted read, perfect for the beach and summer. I enjoyed following the story of Catherine, Adeline and Cassie as they explored their relationships with each other and themselves as well as life interests. I always enjoy Sarah Morgan’s books and the way she writes her characters.

We meet Catherine Swift, romance novelist, as she invites her two grown daughters to her fourth wedding at her home in Corfu. While she believes her younger daughter Cassie, from her second marriage, will be thrilled for her, she hopes it will be a chance to reunite with her elder daughter, Adeline, from her first marriage. She has been largely estranged from Adeline since sending her to live with her father as a young child, something that Adeline has never truly understood or forgiven her for.
We then follow Catherine, Adeline, and Cassie in their own POV chapters as they reunite on Corfu and discover that all is not as it seems in the history of their family. Triggered by Cassie writing a story of her parents’ love affair, we follow the family as they deal with things that have remained unsaid all their lives, and as they attempt to heal the wounds of the past.
The setting of Corfu is beautifully written, and the characters are all likeable enough. There is nothing ground-breaking or unexpected here, but it is a pleasant read nonetheless.
My thanks to the author, NetGalley, and the publisher for the arc to review.

Summer Wedding // Sarah Morgan 🌅💒💍
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
trigger warning: grief (losing a parent) // dv
~ catherine swift was preparing for her fourth marriage… after the three failed marriages, her two daughters disconnected from one another, the secret groom and the years of hidden secrets, will the wedding even go ahead?
~ with adeline and cassie’s relationship being strained i was very interested to see if and how their connection would evolve through-out. after a couple shell shocking moments i was overwhelmed with how well they decided to glue *together* and help each other grow personally too which was some lovely character development.
~ catherine and the secret groom’s relationship remained under cover for several chapters which i found suspenseful and it was indeed a shock for everyone involved including myself… from there i found myself glued to it wanting to know all the details.
^ the only thing missing for me was wanting to see some final moments with all characters after each of them had found their path ^
*i’ll be posting my review on my instagram on publish date*

Catherine Swift is a highly successful author, but her personal life is so different to the romantic fiction she writes. She is just about to get married for the fourth time and is hoping that this one is for keeps and that her two daughters approve of her soon to be husband, who they won't meet until they arrive in Corfu where the wedding is taking place. Adeline, her eldest daughter, from her first marriage doesn't have the best relationship with her mother but her father encourages her to attend, her half sister Cassie is thrilled with her mother's news and is looking forward to the wedding and spending time back in Corfu where she grew up. This is Catherine's chance to build bridges with her family, but not everything works out the way she planned and secrets she has buried are uncovered, sending shockwaves through their lives.
Summer Wedding is the latest work by this fabulous author, but it's so much more than just a romance and a wedding. This book is all about a dysfunctional family whose lives have been far from straightforward so far and this is their chance to fix what was broken and to try and achieve that happy ever after, but we all know it's not that straightforward. I loved the relationship that Adeline has with her father and Cassie has with her mother and was hoping that Catherine and Adeline would claw that bond back too and the sisters could also become as close as they once were. Told from the perspectives of all three women, it's an emotional tale of relationships, family trust and being prepared to take a risk for those you love. I always know that when I pick up a Sarah Morgan book that I'm in for a treat, this was no exception and had the added bonus of the beautiful Greek island setting of Corfu.
I'd like to thank HQ and Netgalley for the auto approval, I will post my review on Goodreads now and Amazon on publication day.

Sarah Morgan writes compelling and highly entertaining story that I always enjoy. This one is no exception and I liked it.
Escapism at high level, fun and well developed characters.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher for this arc, all opinions are mine

Catherine is an author living in Corfu. She is about to marry for a fourth time and wants to surprise her daughters by getting them to come to the island to meet the Groom in person.
Lovely book that features strong characters that all have their secrets and problems. Can this surprise bring happiness or will old wounds be opened up?
Brilliant story and great setting, enjoy.

Full of Secrets, Angst and Sunshine
Catherine is getting married for the fourth time and wants to reunite her family but a lot of emotional damage has happened in the past and all is not going to be forgiven or forgotten easily. A superb read.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Moving and heartwarming perfect summer read. Beautifully descriptive with some interesting characters. Get the lounger out and start reading you won't be disappointed. Thank you netgalley the advanced copy

I’ve read quite a few of Sarah Morgan’s books and she never disappoints. The author always writes a romance story in which there is so much more going on than just the romance which adds depth to the story. The focus here being on family relationships and in particular the fractured relationship between the mother and eldest daughter and the strained relationship the two sisters have. As the story progresses and family secrets revealed the reason for this becomes apparent. I really enjoyed the storyline, there are some lovely heartfelt moments and also unexpected surprises, including the identity of the mystery groom. There is certainly plenty going on to keep you turning the pages. The setting is idyllic and transports us to the sun-drenched beaches and crystal clear waters of Corfu which then author describes so well.
A perfect summer read and another heartwarming and captivating read from the author, who never fails to write a wonderful read for my summer or winter TBR.
Thank you to the publisher for the eARC via Netgalley

I received an E-ARC with a request for my honest review.
This wonderful heart-warming romance follows Catherine Swift, a bestselling romance author and her two daughters Adeline and Cassie. The daughters both live their own lives and have a different relationship with their mother.
Catherine suddenly announces to her daughters that she is getting married for the fourth time and invites them both to her wedding where she lives in her villa on the island of Corfu.
Both sisters have different feelings and attitudes to the idea of their mother getting married again, but also there is secretiveness being kept about the identity of the mystery man.
Who is the mystery man? How will the sisters react when they find out the truth?
This romance is a wonderful read with plenty of drama and mystery as you see how the family interact as secrets are disclosed. There is plenty of romance too, which blossoms throughout.
I liked that you get to hear from all three of the women, so you can see each side to the storyline and how they are feeling.
I didn’t warm to Catherine’s character, even with the secrets which are revealed. I found myself thinking the daughter’s feelings needed a little more consideration with the situations she puts them in.
Overall, a wonderful heart-warming romance where a mother hopes her wedding will bring the family together again.

How does she do it!? I adore Sarah Morgan books they just keep getting better and better! I may say this every time I finish her books but this one is definitely my favourite!!
The perfect summer read!

This lovely romance from Sarah Morgan takes us to the island of Corfu where three different women have very different views of romance! Mother Catherine Swift beliieves everyone will react to her wedding plans like characters in the romance novels she writes, but when her daughters Adeline and Cassie discover the identity of her fourth husband-to-be, they surprise her with their reactions. Sparks fly and home truths are told - for Adeline especially has been hurt and let down by her mother over the years, and Cassie is about to learn that Catherine is not the perfect woman she has idealised all her life.
This was a satisfying read - I loved the Greek setting, and I thought all three women were very strong characters, and interesting in their own way. Sarah Morgan always concentrates on emotion rather than plot, but there are plenty surprises in the narrative. The three strong male figures don't do the story any harm, either!
I liked the way the story explored the relationships between mother/daughters/sisters, and showed how easily misunderstandings are formed - and how difficult it is to overcome preconceptions.
Another strong story, and a perfect holiday read.

Catherine Swift is a successful romance writer. However she is not so successful with her own life life and has been married three times and is now engaged again.
She has two daughters who have been invited to her villa in Greece for the wedding. The girls are not close and have different relationships with their mother.
They are horrified when their mother reveals her new husband to be.
They are all hiding secrets and soon these will be revealed but at what cost.

( I think) I have read all of Sarah Morgan’s books and always do a little happy dance when I know another one is being released. This is a darker read than some of her others and not as light as the title and blurb would have you believe. I love Greece and having it set on the stunning Greek island of Corfu was a beautiful background to the story.
Summer Wedding is a book about a rather dysfunctional family which is told from three perspectives - the bride to be Catherine, her estranged daughter Adeline and Cassie, the daughter of the man she had a affair with and left Adeline's father to marry.
As they gather on Corfu before the wedding, skeletons, secrets and lies start bubbling to the surface.
A great read, thanks to NetGalley and HQ for the opportunity to read this advanced copy

It really took me a while to really get into this book. This one seemed a very slow burner and at times I thought waffled on, but eventually the storyline starts to turn interesting and piques your attention and then you can’t put the book down until it’s finished! Great characters too once you warm to them. Definitely a book for the summer holidays!

There is reason SarahMorgan is a bestseller when her books come out this is the perfect summer read, we just need some sun or we can just imagine we are in Corfu with Catherine Swift bestselling romance author. Catherine is about to get married for the fourth time her eldest daughter Adeline wants to be anywhere but her mothers wedding her half sister Cassie however is thrilled and can’t wait to see her mum and meet her future husband. Adeline has a lot of reservations about seeing her mother who rejected her when she was young, Cassie would like to have a relationship with Adeline but always feels like she says the wrong thing so when they finally meet her mothers future husband they find some common ground. Some old secrets surface and maybe rifts can be healed . A great read

Thank you for the opportunity to review.
Enjoyed reading this book. A reminder that our past can change our future. Heartbreaking in places but an uplifting ending. Happy to recommend.
