This was an incredibly thought-provoking book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The book goes into a lot of depth concerning the true nature of reality yet it is written in a very easy to follow way and everything I read really resonated with me and made a lot of sense. Stories, experiments and selected quotes are used to illustrate the points being made which made the book a better reading experience that just solid academic text.

We learn about the importance of imagination; how we are not merely a brain with a body; the lessons being learned about our reality from quantum physics and parapsychology; and how all humans are connected to each other at a spiritual level. In the last chapters we are shown some exercises we can do to help shift our reality, learn to open up to trust in the universe and work with energy and our dreams.

My only criticism is that there is no conclusion to the book. It just ends without warning. A final chapter pulling everything together would indicate to the reader that the book was coming to a close and round it off nicely.

Nevertheless, this is a truly unique book which I found to be eye opening and one I am sure I will be reading again.

With thanks to Netgalley and Howard Eisenberg for providing an advance review copy. All opinions are my own.
