Perfect book for the beach or if your still stuck in winter weather and need an e space than this is the book. For you! We meet Clare who leaves behind her life to run a bookshop in Bali and she lands up meeting Jack. Like any goid romnce novel they start by driving each other crazy, but then life has other plans. Their banter and fighting is the most passion Claire has had in quite some time. I was so curious to keep reading and see how these two land up and I wasn’t disappointed. It was such a cute fast paced read. Great writing and a beautiful eye catching cover as well! Do yourself a favor and pick up Beach Rivals!

Beach Rivals is a fun, light summer read with a great romance and memorable characters (I love Celestina!). Its Bali bookshop setting is sure to appeal to anyone who likes books, reading, and travelling, and I think people who work in marketing and publicity will find themselves right at home too.
I assume the idea of someone applying for a job at a tropical bookshop was based on real life as I remember seeing a story on Twitter about that very thing. It’s a genius way to work so many different elements into the story, and I enjoyed all the literature references and bookselling talk. If, like me, you’ve worked in that area, you’ll be all too familiar with the knowledge and passion involved in recommending books and selling stories.
Clare is a layered character with her own problems and reasons for working abroad, and for the most part I really liked her. Her self-deprecating nature occasionally grated, but it’s all part of her charm. Jack, her co-worker, is just as intriguing, and their chemistry is palpable from the beginning, if a little predictable. Still, that’s not to say I didn’t root for them from their first meeting, because I most certainly did!
Beach Rivals is a perfect escapist read for the warmer months, and I’m sure it’ll do very well with anyone who likes their contemporary fiction with a healthy dose of romance. I look forward to reading more from author Georgia Tilney, and I hope future books are just as addictive as this one.

This was such a fun, cute and easy read. Had me laughing out loud and swooning over the characters. Can't wait to pick up a physical copy when it's out!

Unfortunately I was unable to read this book due to formatting issues. My review is based on the blurb.

Great little romcom, super great to read on holiday. It was light, easy and made me laugh out loud! Really loved it and would like to read more from the author.

This is a Beach Read romance for sure! Otherwise it is seriously going to give you beach holiday envy.
A grumpy/sunshine sort of enemies to lovers romance that is light and easy and so quick to read, it shows how well written it is.
Each having their own reasons for taking on a job that sends them abroad (to Bali no less) for a 3 month working holiday in a rundown bookshop these two characters take very different approaches to their working holiday but find ways of working together and discovering themselves and each other.
I received this book as an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

A fun bit of escapism that makes all of us voracious readers wish that such jobs existed, I’d be on the first plane to Thailand that’s for sure!

4/5 stars! The cover of this book was cute and reminded me of Emily Henry's Beach Reads bright colors, so I was excited to check it out. What I think was really special about this contemporary romance is that it focused on the individual character's personal growth as well as their romantic connection. I really enjoyed Jack and Clare and watching them grow together was really cute. There was surprising depth within this book and I'll be keeping an eye out for the author's next book.
I received an advance review copy for free through NetGalley, and I am leaving this review voluntarily

*thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review*
This was so much fun .Perfect enemies to lovers quick and easy read.laughed at the antics.would definitely recommend and will be reading this author in the future.

This was such a fun read! It was absolutely nothing like what I expected it to be but I still loved it nevertheless. I was hooked in from the start and ended up binging it in one sitting!! I loved that this book gave equal attention to the different aspects and relationships. The way it focused on Clare, her own goals and her relationship with herself on an equal footing with her relationship with Jack and the glimpses of himself. I felt like having flawed characters made this book an even special one and with the character development? it made me love the book even more. I definitely loved that it portrayed the bookstore in SUCH a special way, I could imagine it and everything in it so vividly. I loved the moments where Jack brought his walls down and his silent and unique love was exactly that: unique. Even though at times they both were mean to each other, their chemistry and friendship was something I cherished a lot. And of course, the side characters: Adam & Celestine, they were the perfect and beautiful addition to the story. But, yes, hands down, the love and progress I saw in Clare for herself and her love for books was my favourite part of it all.
tropes:
• enemies to lovers
• workplace romance
• flatmates
• opposites attract
Thank you to NetGalley, Penguin Random House and Transworld Penguin Random House for giving me an early eARC for this amazing book!
