What more could you want?

I am pretty late to Jessica Gilmore's books, but I am slowly working my way through them and filling my Kindle with her backlist, I love her light and emotive writing which clings deeply to your heart whilst and after reading.

This is a wonderful marriage of convenience type story, I loved the whole concept of Logan and Willow marrying in Vegas in a moment of madness only for them to end up having to make it work (well for a year at least) He promises to have their quickie wedding annulled only plans change and life happens and what starts off as a year of convenience with rules and ends in passion!

I thoroughly enjoyed this one, it's such an easy book to read, I speeded through the pages like lightning wondering where Logan and Willow would take me, it's a simple yet emotional story, a definite must-read for romance readers!

Willow is straight laced and only has business on her mind, meanwhile Logan is full of adventure and fun and is the bosses son. When Logan saves Willow's life he decides to give her a day to remember but one thing leads to another and soon they wake up married. Deciding on a quick annulment, Willow is stunned when suddenly Logan turns up and wants to stay married.

This was a fun book. and I liked the added dimension of the father / son relationship thaw - a good read

Fabulous!
On a work trip to Las Vegas Willow nearly gets hit by a car, her saviour is her bosses son Logan and after a whirlwind day together they decide to get married with the plan to get the wedding annulled very soon afterwards. However Logan gets in an accident and forgets that he is married until his father mentions him having to marry to continue the family line and that means he will need Willows help
Willow plans everything and has goals in her life that she wants and feels like she needs to achieve to prove to herself that she is successful and not the person she was as a child. Logan does a lot of more extreme sports, especially on the water but he also has a very strained relationship with his father who wants him to take over the family firm and his mother died young so he has a lot of emotional issues, some that may threaten his future with Willow
I loved Logan and Willows story, they both have their own personalities and their plans in life. It could be said that they are very different people and their relationship couldn’t work but the more the story progresses, the more it becomes clear that they both have a lot more in common than they, and the reader, initially realises
They are a couple who know what they want but the turbulence of everything that happens throughout the book keeps the reader hooked and I absolutely loved one of the chapters near the end, I can’t go into detail because of spoilers, but it made the story for me and showed what is important in life
I would recommend this book to those who enjoy a book that grips you and will pull you in right from the very beginning and that will make you invested in Willow and Logan’s story right up until the last page

I would like to thank Netgalley, Mills and Boon and Jessica Gilmore for the E ARC of this book.
Logan owns his own company along with his cousin Nate, but his father would like him to be more responsible and take more interest in the family business. He agrees to spend more time with the family business and attends the company conference in Vegas where he meets Willow. Willow works in the London division; she is a very series lady who takes her responsibilities seriously.
Logan encourages Willow to let her wild side out for a day and it ends with them getting married, with the promise that the marriage will be annulled within 24 hours. However, something happens and Willow doesn’t hear from Nate for over a month, when he arrives at her door in London with a proposal. Nate’s father knows they are married and Nate would like Willow to spend the next year with him in Massachusetts as his wife. She agrees but with one condition.
I really enjoyed seeing Willow make her way in America, I liked the interplay between her and Logan and how as she got to know him, she wanted to help him. The relationship between Nate and his father is not good, can having Willow in their lives help them rebuild it? Can Willow help Nate let go of the guilt he feels?
This was a good read, good plot line and characters.

This is a simply fabulous read which is what I’d expect from this author. The author has taken a great trope - the fake marriage - and given it new life. Fabulous hero and heroine and a nicely paced journey to a happy ever after. Highly recommended!

A bit of a messy beginning leads to a charmed romance. The nepotism and its acceptance grated a bit but a cute tale and a couple you want to make it, a shame that they both had to be extremes - the youngest this and the richest that,

A quick read, Willow lets loose in Vegas and gets married believing they can have a quick annulment but as feelings become involved, they end up staying together.
