I found this book to be incredibly helpful for anyone working with others and looking to improve their working relationships and outcomes. The author emphasizes the importance of good work habits, which are personal systems that help us navigate the workplace, communicate effectively, and work well with others. I particularly enjoyed the sections on effective communication and consistency, as well as the focus on understanding the scope of work and deliverables. I'm excited to start implementing some of the key tips I learned, especially when it comes to monitoring consistency in delivering project outcomes. Overall, this book is practical and concise, providing valuable insights into group tasks, personal tasks, and their impact on the overall team. I would like to thank Netgalley for providing me with an eARC of this book.

This is for anyone working with people and more so if you are looking to improve your working relations-and outcomes regarding tasks and responsibilities-because like it or not, we are hired because we match most of what our employers seek to meet. It even gets better when we do better at work, and also on the flip side-creating better working environments.
The author defines this as "Good work habits are personal systems we all need to navigate the workplace to organize ourselves, communicate effectively, and work well with others."

For me, reading and learning about effective communication and consistency-was the highlight of this book, followed by the focus on building scope, understanding the scope of work and deliverables.
I can't wait to apply some key tips every week on monitoring consistency on delivering project outcomes.

This book is practical and it's relatively small and straight to the point on key group tasks, personal tasks and how they influence the overall team- and things to watch out for at work.

Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
