Wow this was a rollercoaster!!

We follow a girl called Rosalyn who is a thief with her mother, she wants more from life but is trapped in her mums shadow.

She finds out she’s been entered into the worlds biggest thieving competition and we follow her journey through this competition.

It was amazing to read how the other competitors had different talents and strengths and whether they would trust one another or use each other just to get through the task at hand.

The twists and turns were brilliant and I really hope there will be a second book!

I have never read anything with this plot idea before, I loved how unique it was.

Oh my god, what a ride! I dont think my eyes have ever flown across the pages of a book so fast before, my eyes have got whiplash! I was that on the edge of my seat, I couldn’t stop reading. Especially towards the end of the book, I don’t think I could have put it down if world war three started outside my window.

Everything about this book was just geared towards capturing my attention and making sure it was kept there. On each phase of the Gambit, I was enraptured and eager to find out how it was going to play. The whole set up of the plot was just amazing and I can’t remember the last time I was that feverishly obsessed with a book and not being able to peg what was going to happen.

Sometimes you get a faint inkling about how things will end, but nope. Not with this one! I was completely bowled over by the twists and turns and like I said, I seriously couldn’t read it fast enough. It was entertainment personified from start to finish and I was so sad to finish it (but also relieved because I would not settle and resume life until the end of the book had been consumed). Safe to say I will very eagerly be awaiting the follow up for this one as gah, that ending! Wow and wow again.

Ross is from a family of thieves, and it's all she's ever known. When a heist goes wrong and her mother is in trouble, she is forced to join the Thieves' Gambit, a competition where the prize is a wish, and to get there she must lie, cheat and steal ...

Such a good book! Heist after heist and twist after twist (some I saw coming, plenty I did not!) it kept me guessing right from the off. Really enjoyed it, and am eagerly anticipating the sequel - you can't just leave it there?

I received a copy from the publisher in exchange for an honest review

This book was INSANELY good! I don’t know what i expected but it surpassed all my expectations. I ADORED it! The main character has my heart, and I think the relationships with the side characters developed beautifully. It was filled with heartwarming moments and heart pounding thrills, as-well as being soooo fast-paced and very quick and easy to read. I got hooked instantly, and read it in less than a day! On top of all that, the twists, turns and betrayals were the cherry on the cake, and are what pushed this book into the 5 star rating. This book is a must read, and I would 100% recommend picking this up when it’s released!
