This was a very hard read for me has my daughter has Down syndrome. I had to stop and start. But overall it was good

Political intrigue, secret societies, cover ups, twisting the true story. Reading this work of fiction I could easily accept it was real life. as those in power race to twist the revealed historical sexual abuse for their own purpose and protection. This did a great job in creating a realistic take on mother and daughter relationship. This was a unique take in the genre and I was hooked from the first page. Valerie Sinason does a great job in writing this.
