From the company that makes the good night stories for girls, this book has letters from various female icons. This was a fun twist on their books with actual words from many of the women they’ve covered!

Thank you @netgalley for sending me an ARC of Dear Rebel in exchange for an honest review!
This is a very sweet book! It teaches kids that you can succeed and find happiness in many different paths. Following your dreams is the most important thing.
I love how many different stories are shown from women of various ethnicities and backgrounds! It's essential to show young girls that no matter your race or your background you can still achieve your goals! It uplifts women of colour, disabled women and queer women, showing that there's room for everyone to succeed.

This book is really beautiful. It's a beautiful concept and the full-color pages are so eyecatching! The anecdotes are diverse, so girls of all different backgrounds and interests can find something relatable and inspiring between the pages. Personally I don't enjoy cooking or sports, so I wasn't a fan of the recipes or sports-related stories, but there were still sections of the book I could take interest in, like those discussing overcoming challenges and succeeding at the arts. I would have loved a book like this as a young girl.

What an incredible collection of inspirational letters poems, notes, and self-portraits by amazing women. In their own words and pictures, they share their experiences, their advice, and the road to their successes as a way of reaching out to young rebels to show them the way. This collection comprises over 125 accounts, alongside photos, illustrations, recipes, and poems, all beautifully laid out. QR codes are interspersed to lead young rebels to more inspirational information. The amazing women vary widely from YouTubers to sportsperson, songwriters, activists, businesswomen, and chefs. Due out October 3rd, this is a volume worth waiting for. Rebel Girls have wonderfully collaborated with Room to Read for this volume, who support adolescent girls experiencing deep inequalities with educational enrichment. #dearrebel #rebelgirls #netgalley #inspirationalwomen #supportinggirls #roomtoread

A really great, lively and informative read. A book that you can sit down and read cover to cover (you won’t want to stop) or you can dip in and out and pick favourites you want to read about. The book is full of letters that really made it seem like to book was written just for me (and my niece) and we were the important ones being told about people’s lives.
The colours and page set up make it all fun and engaging whilst feeding you just such great info.
