The pictures are an essential part of the context of the subject matter and brings the descriptions to life. also, it encourages the reader to gaze into the cosmos with a new perspective and allows your mind to wander into space and expand one's imagination. It is an 'easy to read' technical volume that the layman can absorb and look at the stars with wonder.
