Easy to read, easy to understand, and highly useful in everyday life. I loved this journal and the ways it makes you think about the concept of "home" and then how you can adapt and change your life with these ideas in mind. I could see this being a great gift for a new or old homeowner!

Part planner, part scrapbook, it serves as a place to log the details of the home-buying process like open houses visited and offers made, then once a home is purchased it has helpful reminders about changing addresses, a guest book section for a housewarming party, and then a section to document favorite things about the new neighborhood like restaurants and parks. There's a place to add details and photos of the first night the the new home, first meal cooked, seasonal observations during the first year, milestones and holidays, the decorating process, on-going maintenance tasks, etc. I will recommend to people purchasing a home, particularly people already engaged in the planner or scrapbooking spaces who will enjoy using it to create a "baby book" of memories of their home. What a lovely journal! The seasonal observations and house warming guest book sections were very cool! The paint and wallpaper record is so helpful and a great spot to have it all in one place! Overall a super cute guided journal that is super useful as well!

I would say this journal is a very basic one with sections on home ownership, welcoming a new home and how to make a home including the space to record all the littlest details we have to take care of.

I would say I was a little disappointed with how plain most of the pages looked with little to not enough prompts as most of the guidebooks/journals from the publishers have the best ones.

However, a good journal guide to keep record of all the things that you would need for a new home.

I loved this! Not only is it a fantastic keepsake / memory book for your home, but it’ll help you get (and stay) organised. Moving house can be really stressful - this book will help you with what needs doing, and what’s been done, all in one organised place. There’s space for sketches, lists, facts and stats, wallpaper measurements, and much more - it has everything!
