Farah's book of poetry is visually pleasing, and I enjoyed the theme. The problem with poetry is it's very subjective. The poet clearly has talent, but I am not the correct audience for her work. I am providing a three star review because, while this book was not for me, I believe others will enjoy her work.

Ibrahim's verses paint vivid pictures of the changing seasons, taking readers on a poetic journey that resonates with the heart. The collection is a testament to the author's skill in crafting verses that evoke raw emotions and inspire reflection.

The Beauty of Poetry by Farah Ibrahim is an aptly titled collection of prose that explores the universal themes of love and loss, and the sublime beauty of nature. Even in its brevity, this lovely collection takes the reader on a journey of observation, and Ibrahim's ruminations will serve to launch one's own. This is a collection that I anticipate returning to again in the future.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Lulu for an ARC of this title.
