This book is written for those in charge of organizations. It combines Scripture, practical examples and useful topics. one example of this is prioritizing your character over what's going on around you. The book is easy to read and shows the other side of the coin e.g. not prioritizing humankind over your character.

Worth a read if you are a person who has staff and is in charge of the vision and values for your company.
