"Say goodbye to overwhelm and hello to productivity, and ultimately peace of mind, with timeboxing - because time well spent is a life well lived".

2024 is all about making better use of the time that you have, so that you can spend your time actually doing things that are important / the things you actually love.

I absolutely loved the short digestible chapters, because it makes a topic that can seem slightly overwhelming not feel so overwhelming! I loved being able to take notes, and see if I can successfully implement the tips and guidance in this book in a way that suits me and my lifestyle. Would love to read more from this author / more books in this genre, to continue this more positive way of thinking and a more positive journey through daily life!

This book takes a seemingly simple concept and covers all aspects of it, with lots of practical advice. I liked the boxes at the start of each chapter with keywords and an estimated reading time.

If you struggle with traditional time management methods such as writing to-do lists, blocking out focus time and/or having to endure meetings that should have been an email, then this might be for you!

Timeboxing is an interesting concept and the author clearly conveys its relevance in, what feels like, a time where how to manage our time more productively, is oversaturated with tips/advice/ideas.

It takes some practice and requires a good idea of how long certain activities will take in order to actually use the concept.

Parts of the book are drawn out and a bit unnecessary; e.g. the list of descriptors at the start of each chapter. I also found some of it repetitive and clunky. That said, it’s a worthwhile read to learn a new way to get the most out of your time!

I always like to read anything like this that might help in the quest to be more productive. I enjoyed reading this book and thought it had some interesting concepts. Trying to put them into place and they do seem to be helping. Definitely worth a read.
