This book considers big questions a child may have about the world, and may be helpful to begin conversation. The respective verses and prayers on each page are nice, though the flow is impacted if reading aloud. If reading aloud, I recommend taking the time to interact.

Thank you NetGalley and SPCK Children’s for this advanced copy. All opinions are my own.

I received a copy of this eBook from NetGalley for a honest review.

I love this little book. It asks questions of the kids. It give quotes from the bible to back up each saying. It has easy prayers for each page. Beautiful, colorful illustrations to bring to life the joy of creation. Every church should have a copy of this book,

A beautiful book for little ones. The images are right and colourful and full of movement. The creation story is expanded to be praise to God for the world he has given us. The Bible references aren’t limited to genesis and give children, and the person reading with them, a view of the wider Bible and how the world flows through the Old and New Testament. God created us all as his children and this book celebrates that, gives thanks for that and gives short prayers about that. Just lovely.

A very beautiful book explaining how God created the earth and all things on the earth, I love the questions about each beautiful thing that God created and how the use of bible verses were used to explain God creations. I also love that a prayer was used to give thanks to the Lord for all his beautiful creations that we get to experience everyday. Absolutely wonderful book to teach young children about God. I also loved the artwork in this book.

I was a bit disappointed in this book. Even at the most basic level of biblical introduction I felt it was lacking. It did not really ever say who God is. I was hoping for something more along the lines of an explanation at the end (ie. God created you and me, he created everything. God is always with us, he is our Heavenly Fathee. Etc.)

A cute book for young children about the natural world amd describing God's creation. I especially liked the Bible verses that were included for each page and the little questions included for the children. I think it would be an engaging examination of the world around us and how God made the world for young children and even those older.

I received an advanced copy of this book from Netgalley. All opinions are my own.
