I’ve gained a better understanding of how to evaluate content, tone, and organization, which has made my reviews more thoughtful and well-rounded. It’s also pushed me to be more consistent and concise with my feedback. Overall, it’s been an incredibly valuable tool in helping me grow as a reviewer.

The Prince Without Sorrow by Maithree Wijesekara is a captivating debut! The world-building is rich, with a unique mix of political intrigue, witchcraft, and nature spirits that had me hooked from the start. I really enjoyed the character development, especially Ashoka’s journey as he tries to break free from his father’s brutal legacy. The pacing was a bit slow in parts, but the complexity of the characters and the setting kept me engaged. It’s a fantastic start to what promises to be an epic series, and I can’t wait to see where the story goes next!

This was a nice companion. I tried to use it, but felt more comfortable using my Microsoft OneNote notebook instead. Nice addition for newbies!

If I were smarter, I might use this morning. I'm trying to keep track online like this, but pen and paper are my go-tos. The instructions are easy and plenty of room to enter my thoughts, I just forget about it.

It's a reading journal! I love a good reading journal and it is cool that NetGalley created one just for their users. There is a user guide that goes along with this that is helpful.

This is a really nice reading journal for beginners. It provides all the things you'd need to get started. The aesthetic may not be everyone's cup of tea, but there are some ways to edit it. Overall for a free reading journal, I have no complaints. I also appreciate that Netgalley made a tutorial video on how to use it.

Really nice and organised. Could have improvements made to aesthetics but that is a personal preference as I prefer more subtle colours like pastels and a clean look.

I liked that you could personalize this a bit, but also, I can't print out this many pages to maintain a reading journal.
