This would be good for children, though printing 105 pages on a home printer seems unlikely. It's a very visual journal, with places to draw, tape pictures, etc. It would keep a child on track with their reading, especially for out of class required reading assignments and book reports.

NetGalley's book reading toolkit is filled with well-crafted pages set up as graphic organizers to track your reading across the year and collect quotes and other things to remember. It serves as a useful reference for reviewing books and remembering what to include in those reviews.

I loved the pages provided! They were varied and had everything you need to keep track of your reading.

This was a free gift from NetGalley, but I already own reading journals that I use regularly. I downloaded it to my reMarkable tablet, and whether I end up using it at all remains to be seen.

I really like this and want to fill it in but I don't have a tablet to use. I wish I could use it on my phone.

Great book journal. Love the layout and find it super handy.
It has plenty of prompts some of which are a bit different to the general bookish ones.
The colour, font and general style is neutral so great for everyone.
The addition of NetGalley tracking was fab.

The journal provides a pleasant alternative to the mainstream book-tracking platforms for creatives with a passion for a bit of DIY.

This was very generous and thoughtful, thank you! This will be helpful for tracking reads throughout the year, and the layout and design is cute. I love that we can print it out and put it in a notebook or journal. I do wish we could have used it digitally, but I know a lot of bookstgrammers enjoy physically tracking their reads and reviews and use that for content. It was nice to think of our content.

I have never used a reading journal and find I am enjoying the NetGalley Reading Journal. While I do not use it to write my actual reviews, I enjoy the My Shelf reading trackers for my physical books (novels and picture books) and audio books. I have already started adding my January Titles and can't wait for February! I also really like the monthly check-ins and activities, particularly the bookcase, categories challenge, a-z challenge, best of the year and favorites of the year. This journal was an unexpected surprise from NetGalley and I am quite pleased with it and look forward to completing the journal throughout the year. Thank you!

I'm not a big fan of the color scheme, but I like how well it arranges the information.
The main downside I found with it is that there are not enough slots or pages for the amount of books I read in a year. I guess it could be because it's intended just for NetGalley books, but I barely even keep up with one reading journal, I don't see filling out two.
Grateful to have gotten this little treat, but it just doesn't work with my journaling style.

This is a nice journal to use to write reviews for books. There is a lot of pages and fill-ins to be able to document everything that you might be reviewing for a book. it is easy to use and to keep track of.
