A really cool concept for Netgalley to offer. I don’t do much physical book journaling so this isn’t something I’ll get much use out of, but it has a ton of really nice templates for those who do!

I was looking forward to this journal hoping it would make life simpler to use Net Galley, especially if it would remind me what books are now released for review to other places like Amazon, Kobo etc.

The notebook system I use works. In 8 years I have only recently had a spell of illness where I missed noting a release date.

This journal requires a fee to download one app and a monthly fee to use another. Sorry I have a budget and Net Galley lets me read for a review and I can buy my favorite books on release day to add to my lending library and book club group so it is a win win. I get to read a lot of books, many new authors. The books I love I purchase a print copy to share with friends who obtain the rest of the series or author's works.

Goodreads works for keeping track of what I read. Before I discovered Goodreads I created an excel spreadsheet and that worked well especially when I spent most of my days on a computer.

Interesting free download but not useful for me. I don't rate what I read with stars outside of NetGalley. However, the sitcker downloads are really cute!

Thanks for a way to track books. This johrnsl offers a different way to track and log books. I like being able to refer back snd track my reads. This helps organize in one place.

I like the idea of this digital journal, but I am a paper and pen person. I thought I might like using it, but it doesn't feel right to me. Great idea for people who are used to digital note taking! Not useful for me, but could be perfect for the right person.

I will start by saying I appreciated receiving this gift from NetGalley. I read about 2 to 3 books per week, sometimes more, and so I thought having this e reading journal would be helpful for all of the reviews I write.

Unfortunately, I'm having difficulty working with this journal. Despite reading the user directions several times and downloading the Goodnotes app and reading the Goodnotes user information, I am having difficulty creating reviews and/or entering information into the journal. I can't seem to create a text box, I can't get things to line up the way I want them to, and I cannot use my Apple Pencil for whatever reason. I think I will have to do more research, but to this point have gone back to my tried and true method of a document and/or hand written journal. Maybe I'm having trouble because I'm use Mac products and not PC products--I don't know. It could also just be a user interface problem (ie I'm just not getting it).

I was also unable to find a free version of the Goodnotes app, and while the annual fee is nominal compared to some apps I subscribe to I'm wondering if the journal would also work with Adobe and or the Apple Freeform app which I'm already paying for. In any case, I won't give up on using the journal just yet. I suspect time and more research will help.

This is a great journal and easy to use. I love having it on my computer and being able to keep track of all I am reading. It also allows me to make goals and, decorate and wrap up throughout the year!

I love the concept of this journal but it’s just too difficult for me to use on my phone. I haven’t had a chance to try it on my computer yet, but I think it’s great for a tablet. Very cool idea! Thank you NetGalley!
