Great way to organize books, reviews, etc. I like how I can keep track of my reading record, reviews I have sent in, and reviews i need to post. This will be helpful, not just with Netgalley but across other websites too. It will be good for those books that have a long publication date that makes them easy to forget. Great idea!

I appreciate the gesture and like the format, but would have loved a digitally editable version. For those who use PDF editing software or who are willing to print, it may work better.

A nice gesture but I’m not interested in printing and filling out. I would be more interested if it was something that could be filled in digitally than printed.

Thank you for providing us this as a PDF. my only minor complaint is that I wish I had this in a format that was more accessible on my phone, like an app even would be awesome! I would love if this was part of the NetGalley app where I could take notes and upload photos right into the app.

Love this! I'm much better at being on my iPad and keep track of my book reading through GoodReads or StoryGraph, now I get to be fancy and do reviews for all the books I read a year. Can't wait to use it!
