It's a thoughtful gift, but not user-friendly if you don't have PDF editing software. I like its formatting, but the only way I could use it is if there was a physical copy available.

The NetGalley Reading Journal is more than a spreadsheet -- it lets you track your reading and inspires you to make a project out of your reading life, with ideas for reading challenges, downloadable stickers to attach to your journal pages, and room for notes. The tracking categories are basic: book title, date published, date finished, how many stars you give it, and whether you reviewed it or not. It's downloadable as a pdf and you can customize it if you like. I have not done reading journals in the past, but want to do one this year. As nice as the NetGalley Reading Journal is, I am more interested in tracking data, such as book genre, book format, and who recommended the book, so I will be using another tracker this time around. Nevertheless, the NetGalley Journal is impressive and looks like fun!

Brilliant reading journal, thank you to we are bookish and netgalley; very much appreciated. I like how everything is easy to navigate.

What an amazing gift! I was actually just looking for a Reading journal to use in 2024, this is perfect!!!

Fabulous! I love being able to use my Apple Pencil with this amazing journal. I am a lefty, so cute hand lettering is a non-starter for me. I don’t have to worry anymore.

A clean, organized, and interactive way to keep your books organized for the new year! Thanks, NetGalley!

Thank you NetGalley!! This is so helpful and well organized. I plan to use to to keep all my ARCs organized in the new year

Such a fun and useful idea with lots of interesting categories! I’m going to use this to track my 2024 reading and am so excited to start using this - thank you :)

Thank you for the gift! I like some of the categories created in the journal. I'm happy I was able to download this.

Very cute gift from NetGalley! Will be utilising next year for personal book reviews and working on other templates

I really hate to give this gift such a low rating. Clearly a lot of work went into it. However it requires a pdf editor software. The guide suggests the Xodo app for android . The problem with this is the app is no longer free. The cost for the app is over $100.00 for 1 year. I can not pay that for something like this.

This is very cool! I am hoping to use it in 2024 to have something additional to keep track of my reading.
Thank you NetGalley and We Are Bookish for this gift!

Fun thing for next year. Thanks for the free journal. I can't wait to utilize this. And now I'm tired of typing stuff, but trying to hit the 100 character mark

Super cute idea! A great way to track my reading for 2024. Thank you NetGalley and We Are Bookish for making this available for readers.

Looks great! Not sure if I'm going to use it though since I already own a physical reading journal.
I do like the color scheme used in this reading journal.

Really excited to use this! Great user guides too. Hoping it turns out as fun as it looks like it will for 2024

This is a really thoughtful item to offer those of us that utilize NetGalley. I look forward to filling this out throughout the year! A big thank you to We Are Bookish & NetGalley for offering this as a download.

This reading journal is such a cute idea! It's really easy to navigate through too. I think it's a fun way to keep track of books read while also keeping a nice aesthetic. It looks a bit overwhelming at first but once you get used to it, it's not that bad.

The journal is beautiful and would be fun to use. Unfortunately, although I can easily open and view it, I cannot use it. To do so, I must pay Adobe to be able to edit. I'm not sure why this is the case, since I have been able to edit some files sent to me by an organization for which I volunteer, but when I click in the spaces to edit, I am unable to type. A window pops up with an option to edit the document, and when I choose that option, I am told I must pay for Adobe Acrobat.
I thank NetGalley for the idea and the thought to offer this to users but wish we could all use it.

What an awesome idea! I love reading journals and fun ways to keep track of everything I read throughout the year!
