Thank you, NetGalley, for this lovely Christmas surprise. Although I pride myself on being ‘digitally savvy,’ I have been keeping track of my books, read or wished for, the old-fashioned way with pen and a notebook. I make a list on my phone of the reviews I submit, where I submitted them, and the date. This is all fine but this new NetGalley reading journal, which I downloaded to my IPad as recommended, is much more fun, efficient and visually appealing. The only drawback is that it has to be used (for IOS) with Goodnotes, which gives you a free week and then offers an inexpensive annual subscription for $12.99 (Canadian) through Apple. Cancelling is easy but keep your eye on the 6th day because you have to cancel 24 hours before your free week ends or your ‘renewal’ is automatic. This is a typical Apple move, not NetGalley. But it’s annoying, especially since Goodnotes is a bit tricky to navigate and might not make everyone happy.

This is such a great perk. I've been looking for a similar reading journal with the ability to add a picture of the cover and rating foreverrrr. Having this on my computer will make it so much easier to update it whilst I do my NetGalley reviews. Love this! Thank you, NetGalley <3

This book is an amazing reading journal. It has lots of useful trackers and everything is simple but very good-looking. It's not excessively long. It has the perfect amount of things for you to write your progress and enjoy your readings.
