What a refreshing change this book was and how quickly it drew me in. I enjoyed the location too and had a quick look on my world map to get a feel for how isolated they were.
A couple of things niggled me slightly and I did feel like I needed more information about their attempt at survival but there is only so much detail you can get into one book and this story dealt more with their emotions than many practicalities on the whole.
One of those books that makes you imagine what you would do in their situation which is always a good wake up call.
