I enjoyed the way the book unfolded with flashbacks to the accident at the root of the book. The connections and twists of the story at times felt too much but did add to the drama and outcome of how it would all turn out.

I enjoy the authors writing and will read more by her.

Oh this was so gripping! Edge of the seat stuff.

A brilliantly written book, I read it in a day, literally couldn't put it down. A combination of characters with seemingly very different tales tell the story of what happened to Janie on the fateful day, and all come together for the court case to determine whether justice will prevail.

Very clever, just loved it.

I really enjoyed this latest book by Jane Corry, as I have her previous titles. She has a compelling author voice which at times gives the writing an almost lyrical beauty.

Her ability to create a vivid sense of place flows through every book, meaning it’s very easy to get drawn into the story, and I Died on a Tuesday was no exception.

Each of the multiple viewpoints was narrated by an intriguing character and I loved the way she wove the various threads together to form a cohesive tapestry. I had to keep reading because I wanted to solve the mystery. I also really enjoyed some of the professional backgrounds of the characters, including supporting witnesses going to court, and a judge.

The main reason this wasn’t a five star for me (regrettably) was that I didn’t find the end very satisfying. The pacing felt a little off, and a couple of the storylines felt unfinished. However, I will still definitely read Jane’s future books - this was very good and exceptionally readable.

As an aside, I am not sure if the book title works (though I didn’t mark it down because of this) - I understand the relevance, but I don’t feel it does justice to such a powerful story.

I died on a Tuesday by Jane Corry is a gripping and suspenseful thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat. The plot was intricately woven, with unexpected twists and turns that kept me guessing until the very end. I couldn't put this book down and would recommend it to fans of psychological thrillers.

This started out really strong, i loved the story and the characters. As soon as we got to court part of the story it felt rushed and in parts unbelievable, i waited for it to improve again but sadly it didnt.

What can I say amazing this book is amazing. It really is all about six degrees of separation how all these people are intertwined in one story. The story is about a young girl who got knocked off her bike in a serious accident. It’s about the lives of all the people involved in that accident and how they are all connected in some way. I loved all the twists and turns along the way. I just wanted to keep reading to find out what happened to all the characters. I don’t think there was one character that was boring or didn’t have substance. Very good book

This was an intriguing novel. Full of twists and turns so you never knew what was coming next. The characters were well developed and some were definitely not pleasant.
It kept my interest until the end, a thought provoking read. I would certainly recommend it

I'm a fan of Jane Cory's and as expected this book didn't disappoint. Lots of twists and surprises. Once I started reading just couldn't put it down. Fantastic storyline and would definitely recommend this

The storyline moves two decades later with the victim finally able to give evidence.with the alleged perpetrator heading to court and all those involved now becoming witnesses under oath required to give evidence. The secrets, lies and hidden relationships and revelations are now open to scrutiny. The nightmare for many has now returned with a vengeance, for a few it never went away. Excellent characterisation exploring the many diverse reactions of people under stress and trauma especially those escaping the consequences but never free of the ongoing guilt. What a fantastic read, a real page-turner! Am intricate and twisting plot with powerful and well drawn characters that come alive on the page. Beautifully paced, you won't be able to put this down. Lots of very hard subjects are dealt with realistically and the tragedies are never overwrought or sensationalized, a very moving and poignant story.

This is a fantastic book, really well written from the angle of various characters. Personally I didn't enjoy the grandson story particularly as it felt forced into the narrative to bring more cohesion which jarred for me. However, as a holiday read I would definitely recommend this. Thank you.

Thank you Jane Corry for another superb novel!! I thoroughly enjoyed all of the stories within stories and the way they interlink and work themselves out by the end of the book. It is all the little twists and turns that keep the readers engrossed. The characters are interesting and well written making the reader care about them and want to know what happens to them. Such a good premise too - questioning morals, murder, guilt, extortion and family values.

Robbie Manning is a very successful pop star but hides an awful secret from his younger years. It comes back to haunt him and he ends up in prison but everything is not as it seems. Janie the person involved in the accident knew Robbie just as he was getting started with his group. Will justice be done. There are some awful things that happen but it’s well worth a read. J thoroughly enjoyed it

I loved this book. I felt it was quite different to Jane Corry’s usual. It has everything you want in a thriller; gripping, easy to follow, multiple points of view that are full of intrigue. This will be a hot book this summer. Who doesn’t love an exciting read whilst lying on a sun bed!

I enjoyed the last book that I read by this author, but I wasn't too sure about this one. The chapters were very short, and for the most part, I just didn't really feel a connection with any of the characters, or with what was going on. In the moments when I did find myself connecting with it, I just found it a little bit sad and grey. I would probably still try another book by this author though.

This is a must read. Jane Cory never fails to deliver and this is and edge of the seat read. The characters are totally brought to life through this engrossing story of an accident that happened years previously that impacted all of their lives and more so the life of the victim who is left severely disabled.
When the past catches up it brings devastating results for all those concerned.
This is literacy at its best, compelling, emotional and tragic. I would definitely recommend this book

I was gripped from the very start and had to keep reading.

I Died on a Tuesday is a cracking read. Jane is cycling home after an early morning swim. Her whole life is ahead of her and she is looking forward to starting a new job in London. A hit-and-run driver leaves her for dead, with life-changing injuries. The driver is never found.

Twenty years later, famous rock star Robbie Manning gets a knock at the door. A witness has linked him with the accident. What happened? Will he have the strength to tell the truth amongst death threats against his family. Will his family stand by him?

Vanessa, provides witness support for those testifying in court. She took up the role after her husband died. Her husband, who was the investigating officer on the hit and run, has secrets of his own. Now these secrets are coming out and she finds out her husband has been lying to her. Her friend, the Judge on the case, has secrets of his own. The case is bringing out all sorts of danger and lies.

The book weaves all these characters together from the past into the present, coming to a fascinating conclusion. The book is well written and you will not be able to put it down, wondering what the outcome will be.
