Slightly different from the norm this was a highly engaging combination of espionage novel and travelogue featuring an interesting and well drawn and original cast of characters.

Well written, compelling and compulsive - this was a book to savour from a new author who will certainly go places.

An enjoyable read. It took a little while to get into the book but then I couldn't put it down. Henry is asked to do some low level surveillance for MI5 but ends up chasing across Europe being pursued by Russian hitmen. Blair was a spy so maybe some of it wasn't as fanciful as I thought. This is obviously the first of a series sI look forward to the next in the series.
