I loved the use of anthropology in this novel, it had everything that I was looking for in this type of mystery. It was a strong start to the series and I enjoyed getting to know the characters overall. EA Mayes has a great writing style for this type of book and I loved the Native American elements in this book. I hope there is more to the Minoa Diamond Mystery series as this was really well done.
