This book was really difficult to get into, and to finish. This book was honestly super slow, and way longer than it needed to be. A little too many twists and turns that maybe I just missed but made us deter a little too much from the main storyline and made it more confusing than it needed to be. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Just finished an amazing book on inclusive leadership! It's one of the best I've ever read. The author breaks down complex theories into easy-to-understand processes. It's well-researched with practical insights and a recommended reading list. Strong recommend!

This started well and I found it quite easy to read but I was disappointed that it didn’t focus a lot more on inclusivity. Instead it felt like a fairly generic leadership book.
