The book start with a statement that "time is not money" because if we observe our lives, we all know the answer to what we value. All of us have 1440 minutes per day to use how we want and observe the outcome of our choices. In reality, what we need to do is to put some logic behind our choices and actions. It is important to appeal to our internal logic center, review finances, fulfillment level, and more. The in-depth understanding can support smart decisions with truly valuable outcomes for self and society.

In 'Time Machine,' Kris Krohn challenges conventional views of time and offers a transformative formula for making decisions that can accelerate success and enrich your life. Krohn's mission is to inspire people to live a life without regret, and he shares a systematic approach to evaluating life's commitments through five lenses: logic, money, joy, energy, and intuition.

Drawing parallels to the phoropter used by optometrists to achieve 20/20 vision, Krohn guides readers on how to adjust these five lenses to attain a clear perspective before committing time. The book introduces a unique way to arbitrage time, enabling individuals to make the most of their precious minutes.

Kris Krohn's insights provide a valuable framework for decision-making, empowering readers to live more intentionally and with purpose. 'Time Machine' is a must-read for those seeking to optimize their use of time and achieve a more fulfilling and regret-free life.
