Another challenging search for a missing person for Frankie Elkin. She finds herself on a remote atoll with like minded people to herself - those who travel to remote areas to do work others will not do. Frankie arrives believing one thing but then finds herself embroiled in other matters - who are the 'good' guys and who are the villains?
As ever, the characters in this group are well developed and interesting. A definite page turner, yet again!
Many thanks to Netgalley/Lisa Gardner/Random House UK for a digital copy of this title. All opinions expressed are my own.

I missed the fact this is the third book in the series. Luckily, it does read as a standalone so that wasn’t much of a problem.
I absolutely loved the island vibes but the pace of the story was a bit too slow for me. Things do pick up towards the end, which didn’t really deliver the punch I was hoping for.
In order to enjoy this ride, you definitely need to suspend disbelief as a lot of things don’t make much sense.

Hooked from page 1 and did not want to put it down until I had finished. The need for sleep put paid to that plan.
A book of fictions this may be but the people are real and the situations that they find themselves in are real too. Put them together, mix them up and you have this book; something to keep you on edge and guessing until the very last page.
Enough of my wittering, go out and buy it, find yourself a corner where you will not be disturbed and enjoy the ride.

Really atmospheric! What an absolute rollercoaster with twists and turns in abundance. Frankie is requested by a prisoner awaiting the death sentence to try and find her sister. It is set on a remote island where only those chosen few are allowed to access and work.

Frankie Elkin is back! She is one of my very favourite characters and it was so great to read another one of her fantastic adventures.
This action packed suspense thriller was super addictive and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. A unique storyline set on a remote atoll, with some shady characters, and interesting wildlife, this one had me guessing until the end. And what an end! This is my fave Frankie Elkin so far!
I really enjoy the author's easy flowing writing style with quips and banter between her characters. Frankie is funny and sassy and a very caring soul. I look forward to reading more of her in the future.
Thank you to NetGalley and Random House UK for an eARC of this book. Expected publication date is 14/3/24.

Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for this ARC
Brilliant book, my first featuring Frankie and I look forward to reading more about her. Kept me guessing as to what was really going on and who to trust.

I hadn't realised that this was part of a series until I finished, which explained a few things but didn't effect the storyline too much as it does give you a bit of a back story on our main character Frankie. The book was nothing like what I was expecting but I really enjoyed it, what especially sticks out for me was the side characters. They all had so much depth, I really could imagine this being a TV series as would love to know more on the wacky kitchen double act, the gorgeous mysterious young couple,
Vaughns past, everything that happened in the missing years with Mac and especially Lea, there's so much content left unexplored with fascinating characters. My only negative would be that I felt like when they were in life or death situations the humour used was extremely light hearted. I assume it was meant as sarcastic but on occasion it just felt a bit silly.
Thank you #NetGalley for the arc of #StillSeeYouEverywhere a very strong 4 Stars

Frankie Elkin specialises in finding missing people.
This time she only has three weeks to find Lani, before her client known as the Beautiful Butcher is executed. In just three weeks’ time.

What a deceptive but clever book this is! The story starts off and you are going down where you think the story should be taking you only it seems to take a very long detour before coming to a junction and going in a totally different direction to where you think it really should be going! The waffle in the middle is somewhat distracting and you really need to persevere before the storyline hooks you back in again.

I read this as a standalone not realising that it was third in the series but it still worked. This was a little slow to start with but then turned into a good read with a few twists along the way.
My thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC of this book.

I enjoyed the book. Especially the setting and character development of the members of the camp.
For me the ending felt a little flat, it had all built up ready for a showdown which didn’t really materialise. I’ll definitely read more in this series as and when they come out though.

Lisa Gardner is one author I always look for when searching for a new read. I really enjoyed Frankie Elkins last out and found this book equally as good. This time Frankie has been asked by an execution row prisoner, known as the Beautiful Butcher, to find her sister Leilani; time is short as the execution is due to take place in 3 weeks.
This is a really good mystery/thriller, set on a remote atoll south of the Hawaiian Islands. Frankie is a great character, full of doubts but determined to help find people that the authorities have forgotten all about. She’s a wanderer, can’t settle anywhere, always on the search for her next mission. I liked the cast of characters on the island, so varied but again a great mix. Really well written, excellent pace and numerous twists & turns. Here’s hoping Frankie will be back soon.
The villains of the piece, Keahi and her ex, Max were really unpleasant character’s, but great to read about, I would have liked a bit more about what Vaughn’s background was but it didn’t spoil my enjoyment of the whole thing. Recommended.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for the opportunity to read and review this book.

I have enjoyed every one of this authors books and this series doesn't disappoint, in fact I think it is getting better with each book! Frankie is a fantastic characters and the storylines are so unique. This book kept my attention from start to finish and I really hope there are more to come in this series.

This is a thriller based on a Hawaiian remote eco friendly island. Frankie is sent to the island to try and track down the sister of a female serial killer currently on death row. When she reaches the island she realises she is well and truly cut off from the outside world and any help if needed. With few people on the island and lots of secrets and lies this is an action thriller that kept me entertained although I didn't really feel or care for any of the characters. I also liked the island atmosphere and wildlife.

This is the latest in the Frankie Elkin series, featuring a drifter who specialises in finding missing people - especially those who have been ‘overlooked’ by the police.
In this book, Frankie gets involved in the search for the sister of a serial killer, but not all is as it seems.
The trail leads Frankie to a remote Hawaiian island, where a small team are preparing a luxury resort. With plenty of motives and no easy access to help, a series of sabotage incidents begin to unfold, resulting in a frantic read to find out the truth.
Lisa Gardner leans on her own experiences to provide rich and realistic details of the undeveloped island, and this is definitely a book you should read.

This was a fantastic thriller, fast paced, kept me guessing, and a really great read! Absolutely loved it!

Still see you everywhere by Lisa Gardner is another story in the Frankie Rlkin series, in which Frankie searches for missing people that the rest of the world has forgotten

This is a crime thriller within difference. Frankie Elkin, recovering alcoholic and searcher for missing people, is asked to look for the younger sister of a serial killer awaiting execution; she has 3 weeks to find Leilani who disappeared as a young child, never to be seen again.
The Beauiful Butcher, as she is known, claims that Leilani is living with her own ex, millionaire McManus, and Frankie is dispatched to a remote Hawaiian island to find her. Keahi has received a letter from her and wants to see her for one last time before she is executed.
The premise for the book was interesting and it was obviously well researched, even down to the wildlife on the island. Frankie made for an enterprising and brave heroine, using all her skills to keep herself safe on the atoll, not really knowing who she could trust. The question she is forced to ask herself quite early on is whether Leilani really needs rescuing.
This was an entertaining and fast paced read, particularly in the second half when a lot happened and the thriller aspect of the book really picked up.
I found the ending slightly muddled and not quite believable but that was merely my own opinion. I had no trouble finishing it and I’d certainly be keen to read another book in the series as I found Frankie Elkin an interesting character, someone fighting their own demons and managing to win most of the time.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for my advance copy.

Many aspects of this story were different to me and that helped make this an interesting novel to read. This is the first time that I've read a story with this premise. The lead character, Frankie, looks for missing people and is invited by a prisoner on death row, with a very short time scale left, to find the murder's sister, who has tried to make contact. Frankie must go thousands of miles away and live on an almost deserted private island where a collection of nomad individuals are working together to create a luxury resort. Frankie doesn't know whether Lea visits the island with her mentor, friend, or perhaps a coercive and controlling pervert. During along visit to the island she has to work and investigate to get to the bottom of whether Lea really wants to make contact with her sister very quickly or to find out what else is happening there. I didn't know that this was the 3rd in the Frankie series by this incredible writer, so it is clear I have missed some previous reads but I didn't feel left out, which means it was OK to read this book as a one off. Lisa Gardner is one of the top writers in this genre and she keeps you busy as a reader throughout the story. You have to keep going to find out what happens next after a body is found, someone gets injured and many more twists and turns. You may think you can guess the ending, especially when someone is on a short term experience on death row, but will you be right?

To escape her abusive father Keahi escaped to her Hawaiian family. Her new husband was also abusive. Is this why she murdered nineteen men? Or is she just a natural psychopathic killer? After a particularly violent fight with her husband, a multi-millionaire property tycoon, she had fled back to her family home, killed and dismembered her father, and fed him to the pigs. Her toddler sister, Leilani (Lea) was still living on Hawaii with an aunt and Keahi intended to take her and keep her safe. Instead her husband, Sanders McManus, had spirited Lea away to NY in his private jet. Angry with men in general, Keahi became her own honeytrap, luring men back home and then cutting their throats and disposing of their bodies. Her pigs were the best fed pigs in the state of Texas. For these murders she is now on Death Row, but has just received a message from Lea, now seventeen, suggesting she was unwillingly with McManus on a remote Hawaiian atoll, several days away by boat from the main islands. Determined to rescue Lea, she gets her lawyer to find someone who can track down missing people. Enter Frankie Elkin, a woman, a recovering alcoholic, an off-grid nomad, who happens to have the peculiar hobby of finding such people.
Frankie takes the job and is swiftly translated, via three flights, to Pomaikai, the atoll where Mc Manus is building a luxury, ecofriendly holiday resort. Currently the only people on the island are those required to carry out the groundwork and those needed to cater for them. Frankie is there in the latter capacity. The island is a paradise of sandy beaches, waving palms, exotic birds, wolf spiders and giant crabs. What it doesn’t have is McManus and his ward, Lea, although they are expected to arrive in a couple of days. They visit frequently so the residents know her well and described her as a lovely girl, shy but bright, intelligent, beautiful and supported in the lap of luxury by her benevolent Guardian. So why is she supposedly missing and held against her will, when all the evidence says otherwise? Frankie is a rather single minded operative, and proceeds on the basis that her mission aim is correct. And then everything starts to go wrong and all of the islanders are soon fighting for survival.
This is a trapped-on-island story and, on the face of it, a fairly standard example of this sub-genre. It is the third outing for Frankie but can be read as a standalone, although references to previous incidents are used to flesh out her character and motivation. She is an odd individual, not very likeable or relatable. The rest of the characters, with a couple of exceptions, are from central casting. After the strong opening, the pace drops while Frankie waits for Lea to arrive and other background is provided. The writer had completed a year-long sabbatical focussed on environmental issues before writing this episode, and may have brought too much of this experience to the writing. Once the plot starts up again, we get a lot of misdirections as Frankie tries to puzzle out who is doing what, to whom, and why, but there is also more tension, and jeopardy, and then a rather quick resolution. The latter is logical enough, but didn’t feel, to me, like the way these characters would act in the end. More than 3 stars but not really worth 4; however that’s where rounding gets us.
I would like to thank NetGalley, the publishers and the author for providing me with a draft proof copy for the purpose of this review.
