Have enjoyed the previous book in the series and this one hit the mark. Plenty of suspense throughout and likeable characters. Look forward to the next one. Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the chance to review it.

You would think after so many books in the series they might start to get repetitive, but you would be wrong! Once again James Patterson had me hooked to see what would happen next. Lindsay is in the right place at the right time to help the victim of an attack, but it's more complicated than that. A great addition to the women's murder club

This is the third Women's Murder Club I have read. Unfortunately they are not for me. I have read over 15 Patterson books and have enjoyed all the others except for this series. I just don't gel with the main characters. Obviously, having written 24 in the series, they must be popular. I'll still be looking forward to the next in the Margaret, Holmes and Poe series.

I was interested to read this instalment in the women’s murder club series, I was drawn in by the story of a woman with a hugely controversial diagnosis. I had hoped that this story would be dealt with in a sensitive and factual manner, instead it was used for shock factor and not really even resolved.

There are usually a few stories in these books and this time we had legal, police and homeland security, only one was tied up.

It feels as if someone has started to write and then got bored.

A Woman with dissociative identity disorder is raped, a multi millionaire scammer with an hedonistic lifestyle is murdered, and an international gang of cyber hackers are blackmailing hospitals...Read it!

I’m not going to lie - The Women’s Murder Club is a must read for me, so I was excited to see that book 24 was out.

This book follows Sergeant Lindsay Boxer’s investigation into the murders of a husband and wife, a number of months apart; Yuki Castellano’s prosecution of a man accused of raping a vulnerable woman and Cindy

This proved to be another entertaining, enjoyable, quick read. Like putting on a comfy cardi, the characters are instantly recognisable and continue to show successful women nailing their careers and valuing their friendships. As always, these strong women are the focus of the story, with men being the support characters.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publishers for the chance to read this book.

I hadn’t read many of the women’s murder club books though enough to recognise the main characters..The book had 3 main storylines running through it but other than the main characters appearing in the storylines, they were very much unconnected with one another. An enjoyable book but not enthralling

I’ve always loved these books and this one did not disappoint. Such strong and wonderful female characters. A thrilling read.

Another great read from the Women’s Murder Club series. Definitely up there with the best!
Brilliant characters, with interesting backstories and three different storylines that kept me racing through until the end.
I love the short chapters that James Patterson is known for and the numerous twists that he includes in all his books.
I’ve been reading JPs books from the very first one, and this latest story certainly does not disappoint.

James Patterson always delivers. Yet another outstanding read! Thoroughly enjoyable.

My thanks to NetGalley and Random House UK for giving me the opportunity to read an advanced copy in return for an honest review.

I really enjoy this series of books., The Woman’s Murder Club. This one centres around Assistant District Attorney Yuki Castellano. They are sitting in a fabulous restaurant when the hear a scream. The woman says she has been assaulted, but her story changes, but there is a medical reason for this. Yuki with sound advice goes ahead with the prosecution of the man arrested. This is a very big case, but I always felt Yuki was up to it. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I am a fan of James Patterson so was delighted to receive this ARC.

There is no reason, but somehow I have fallen behind with the Women’s Murder Club series and the last book I read was #10.

Although these books can be read as a stand alone, I think it is better to read the series.

I did struggle a bit with names and felt like there was jumping between names and nicknames which confused me at times.

The short chapters are great and meant I sped through the book in no time. There were three separate story lines through most of the book and I felt that two, in more detail, may have been better. I felt that the trial and cyber attack storylines were a little slow and not the fast paced I’m used to from these books.

Many thanks to #NetGalley and #RandomHouseUK for a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.

3.5 ⭐️ rounded to 4

While it was a good follow up book as I enjoyed the last one, I didn't think this one was as enjoyable. This book had 3 main storylines running through it but other than for characters appearing in the storylines, they were very much unconnected with one another and though that a trick missed although I suppose you could say it differed from how books normally conclude.

You know exactly what you’re getting with Patterson and the Woman’s Murder Club and this doesn’t disappoint

Not having read any other books in the Women’s Murder Club series, I found it rather confusing at times. I kept having to check who was married to whom and which of the women had which career. Shame, as the story whips along and would be involving if I’d read the other books.

The women of the murder club are fantastic characters and the concurrent investigation and resolution of 2 cases in this installment are well balanced and well paced.
The case involving the victim with a suspected personality disorder was particularly well handled- this seems to be a storyline that is becoming popular but in this case the emphasis was spot on in terms of the condition and the personalities manifested.
The second case, the murder of a husband and wife 6 months apart but in the same location is equally compelling and read together the 2 cases make for a fast paced page turner!

Thank you NetGalley, Random House UK, Cornerstone, and Century for my copy to read and review.

I was thrilled to receive an e-copy of the latest WMC book.
Lindsay, Cindy, Claire and Yuki have such a strong bond that is full of camaraderie and friendship. They form the Women's Murder Club. The characters are well written and I feel as if I'm part of a family. The book is based on two cases - one is a court case where the victim has dissociative identity disorder and Yuki has to try the case and it was brilliant and the second is a case of the murder of James Fricke III. Six months ago, his wife Holly is found murdered in the same way. Joe, Lindsay's husband is called in help with a cyber case. This book is fast paced and all the cases are concluded with unexpecting endings, which I didn't see coming. I will be recommending this book.

Thank you to @netgalley, @RandomHouseUK and @JamesPatterson for this ARC. Lindsay Boxer and the Women's Murder Club are having dinner when a woman screams from the break room. Lindsey finds a half conscious woman and a suspect. Six months later, Yuki is meeting this same man in court while Lindsey is trying to track down the killer to a husband and wife that were killed months apart. Joe is trying to find the culprit to ransomware on a local hospital. Can they figure all their cases out before more damage is done? You can never go wrong with Patterson or Women's Murder Club! #The24thHour #TheWomensMurderClub #JamesPatterson #RandomHouseUK #Feb2024

absolutely page turner. Each one in the series can also be read as a stand alone but after reading each one in turn its like revisiting old friends Albeit friends with a very dangerous life. Perfect to while away a grey day or to take to the beach and enjoy under an umbrella

I have a love/hate relationship with James Patterson. Some of his novels can be excellent, whilst others can be pulp fiction, like this one. It felt clichéd and predictable, with several stories threading through most of the book (I thought that the one with Yuri and Mary was the best written) which made it at times confusing. A bit 'Murder She Wrote' in contemporary city settings with swearing!
