Love summer, love the outdoors and love the BBQ. We live outdoors in summer in Australia and so I always love to find new ways to use the BBQ to make yummy meals for all the family and friends. This has some great recipes that anyone can make and enjoy. Easy to follow, easy to get ingredients and the photos did make me very hungry.

This is a great recipe book for any BBQ lover and now I can't wait to get stuck in and work my way through try all the recipes. They are so enticing so I am going to getting the BBQ cracking and make us a great outdoor dinner tonight.

The visual feast of beautifully photographed dishes and the thoughtfully laid-out pages instantly drew me in. The pictures not only showcased the mouthwatering final results but also provided a visual guide that made the recipes feel approachable and enticing.

You’d think a grilling BBQ book would be boring and standard. But this one included a wide variety of recipes. Even dessert.

The ease with which the recipes can be followed was a standout feature for me. AB's clear instructions, paired with the enticing visuals, made the cooking process enjoyable and accessible. It's like having a seasoned grill master right beside you, sharing his secrets and inspiring you to step outside your culinary comfort zone.

As someone who appreciates not just the taste but the entire experience of outdoor cooking, I found this book to be a perfect blend of rustic comfort and culinary adventure. The reveal of AB's secret recipes, along with expert tips, tricks, and hacks, adds an exciting layer to the cookbook.

Nicely laid out and photographed. I think the hard copy would be good but, due the formatting, it wasn’t the easiest thing to navigate in the NetGalley app.

Some tasty recipes which I will try out once the weather is better. A bit too much emphasis on stuffing chicken with cheese.

This cookbook is filled with fantastic recipes and helpful photos for cooks, grillmasters, and smoke pit enthusiasts. "AB" demonstrates expertise behind the tongs, offering easy-to-read and follow recipes. The book's organized layout makes it easy to find what you need, though the introduction, especially in the second paragraph where he mentions not writing a book, could use additional editing. I recommend mentioning that AB uses his commercially sold rubs and spices. This will address my initial disappointment about missing rub recipes. Additionally, including flavor profiles for the rubs would help those without access to the specific products. Overall, it's a great choice for newcomers to grilling and smoking, providing quality recipes for mainstream dishes with a touch of flair to impress guests and family.

I absolutely loved this cookbook. What a relief to find a cookbook filled with actual recipes and not the chef’s life story. Right away I was able to turn to useful, easy to follow, delicious recipes. I found recipes that were geared towards the grilled that I’m sure I can duplicate indoors as well. I follow this chef on social media and was excited to see he had a cookbook. I am looking forward to many more cookbooks by Chef Aaron Brown. I highly recommend this book!

There are a lot of basic recipes in this book. It's great for beginners. My teenage grandson just asked for a smoker for his birthday. He's going to use some of these to make me some dinners.
