A gorgeous and heartwarming summer read full of love, laughs and sunshine. I love Bella Osbornes books and this one didn’t disappoint, as always beautifully written and the epitomy of romantic escapism. The characters are relatable, the story line has enough twists and turns to keep the pages turning and I will definitely be reading it again.

This was a fantastic read. One of the main characters had my name and that took a bit of getting use too. A lovely story of trying to please parents, building a new life, trying to stop being a control freak , falling in love and lots of animals Bella Osborne at her best. I could not put it down.

Bella Osborne can always be relied upon for a first class read and this book is no exception. The characters are well crafted and neuro diversity is well handled. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I loved reading this easy-to-read and delightfully funny book that left me thoroughly entertained. The story centres around three main characters—Ros, Darla, and Cameron—who are wonderfully authentic and engaging. Their interactions and individual journeys are both relatable and heartwarming, making it easy to become invested in their lives.
The book skillfully blends romance with a compelling storyline, keeping the reader engaged from start to finish. What stood out most was its portrayal of true friendship and the importance of accepting people as they are. The themes are woven seamlessly into the narrative, offering both humor and poignant moments that resonate deeply.
Overall, this book is a delightful read that balances light-hearted humor with meaningful insights. It's perfect for anyone looking for a feel-good story about love, friendship, and authenticity. Highly recommended!

I was invited to read this by the publisher, thank you, but I didn't connect with the characters. I hate doing bad reviews especially as I like Bella's book but the main storyline of needing a boyfriend to make a dying parent happy is overdone.
I'm sorry but i didn't enjoy this.

What a wonderful book full of some very interesting characters and a cheeky Cockerell.
There were some tough talks, all kinds of food, animals, family, friends and work colleague dynamics that encouraged acknowledging each other's differences with patience, an open mind and something Bella does best....humour! Darla was my absolute favourite ♡ but Ros was a power house, there was so much more than love found at Sunset Shore.
Another fabulous, uplifting sunshine read!

This is a lovely uplifting read featuring friends Ros and Darla, both are incredibly different personalities as Ros is uptight and cautious and Darla loves to charm everyone she meets, Ros works in risk assessment whereas Darla is juggling three jobs in a bid to pay off the debts accrued thanks to her ex rather than declare herself bankrupt. Neither are looking for a relationship however Ros reluctantly agrees to a fake relationship with Darla’s colleague Cameron so her ailing dad doesn’t worry about her ending up on her own.
Both Ros and Darla are great characters, both really lovely even Ros underneath the brittle shell and the pure warmth of Cameron and the effect he has on Ros makes for joyous reading. I really liked how the two characters stories were intertwined and although they were gentle storylines I was rooting for both of them to have some positives in their lives. I loved the overall positivity of this book which made it a heartwarming read. 9/10
