This PDF is a useful beginner's guide for digital journaling and the Netgalley Reading journal. It is well organized and useful tool to help anyoneget started.

This guide is so needed. I loved the reading journal with NetGalley, but as someone that does physical typically it took me a learning curve. Very helpful!

This was a very informative free resource. I found the instructions plenty detailed for both Xodo and Goodnotes, and the links were both active and helpful.

I have yet to dig into this resource guide fully, but upon skimming it I can already tell it answers majority of the questions that I had when downloading the journal portion of this project. I saw in other reviews that this is something that NetGalley has put together yearly, or at least since 2024 which I greatly appreciate. I hope that NetGalley will continue to make resources like this in the future for their readers!

A short and sweet easy-to-read guide that offers step by step guides to downloading and personalizing your reading journal. I’ll admit that I was a bit hesitant about having to download another app to make it happen, but after reading the guide I’m feeling much more confident and excited to get started on my own journal!

This guide eliminated alot of time finding things on my own, that were pretty straight forward. GoodNotes is the perfect free app to use for this reading journal and I can access it from multiple devices. Love the guide and the journal.

The NetGalley Reading Journal User Guide is a clean, easy to follow walkthrough that takes the stress out of using a digital reading journal. It shows you how to get started from downloading the file to importing it into GoodNotes or Xodo and even gives tips for customizing with book covers, stickers, and extra pages. The layout is simple and intuitive, with clickable tabs that make navigating it feel natural, not like you're digging through a digital mess.

Great user guide which made getting use to using the journal a lot easier as I hadn't used one before so wasn't sure on where to start.

While I appreciate the work and care that went into creating this journal project, it's just not for me. I have never been a journaling type of person—I didn't even have a diary as a teen. It might be because my job involves a lot of writing, but I have no interest in tracking my reading beyond what I do on Goodreads. I enjoy sharing my book picks on my social platforms, of course. I have even less interest in uploading yet another app.

That said, the Reading Journal is sure to be popular with many NetGalley members. Journaling is a big deal these days.
