Gregory D. Lee does a strong thriller novel and I enjoyed what I read. The characters were everything that I was looking for based on the description. It had that tense atmosphere and enjoyed the idea of this story. Gregory D. Lee wrote this perfectly and glad I was able to read this.

This wasn’t for me. It felt like undercover racism for the sake of patriotism. I won’t be sharing my thoughts online.

An Dea informant stumbles into a conspiracy after having his family kidnapped and we go through the feelings and the “resolution” with him.

Felt very dated and dripping with America is always right rhetoric.

This is an excellently written international thriller, as the title suggests. Mr. Lee is well versed in the behavior and actions needed to be taken when conducting undercover work, as his background with the DEA shows us. The plot is well thought out, twist filled fun. Some of the twists can be predicted but overall this was an amazing debut novel.

The protagonist is well crafted, easily likable and identifiable. You couldn’t help as you read to pull for him and hope for a resolution befitting someone who serves the greater good. The antagonist(s) lurk around every corner and the novel concludes with what I certainly hope will be the setup for a sequel and continuation of the story.
