Oh how I loved this cookbook! I also love the old photos and history that is put in there too. The recipes are very easy and instructions also look easy to follow. I cannot wait to try some of these old fashion recipes! My husband is going to want to live on the prairie after I make these for him. Ha

What a fun cookbook with some great 'wrangler-tested and approved recipes'. I always like a cookbook that is a bit different one and this filled that spot. I like the historical aspect of the book and the recipes and the history contained within this book.

I look forward to trying out some of the recipes but most of all I enjoyed reading this interesting cookbook. There is nothing better than reading about food and then cooking some of the recipes. I am now off to the kitchen!

Fascinating and so much mor ethen the traditional recipe book I was expecting. I am a big fan of Dylan Hollis so have developed an interest in authentic, historical recipes and End of the Trail Eats is no exception!

chock full of not just authentic recipes, but snippets of trail history, wonderful pictures and thoughtful insight make this an absolutely delightful recipe/history book. I have not tried any of the recipes yet, but I am certaily looking forward to it
